Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 3.00 m depth for foundation etc. and getting out in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes or (Similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubber mixed with earth around in layers, not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of post holes filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in proper slope/gradient etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel work in tublar trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS : 1161-1979 grade St-240 including preparation of surface and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint at contractors workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for provision of septic tank (grease trap for cook house) for 50 users including necessary earth work and excavation complete all as shown in Deg No. CESZ/TD/504 (Sheet No 1/1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) mixed with integral water proofing compound weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specifieed and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement making impressions of expanded metal whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

S&F for 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight - 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for clearance of area digging of pit size 0.60x0.60x0.60 m, removal of debris weeds, roots etc. and refilling with good agricultural soil and well decomposed cattle mannure in ratio 3:1, supply and planting of approved species of plant of healthy grow up with good roots, (height of plant shall not be less than 0.60m) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Plant will be of any of these - Ashoka, Aereka Plam, Coconut tree, litchi, Cycus etc. (ii) The period of irigation and weeding for the saplings shall be one year from the certified date of completion. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible for maintenance of the saplings during this period and any defects noticed or death of the sapling during this period shall be made good/replanted by him at his own cost.
