Supply and fitting of RCC Precast Bench having following details : Size / Length1500 mm of bench should not be less than 1500 mm. Seating Capacity should be 3 Seater I,e suitable for 3 Perrson. Back Should be Provided in Bench. There should be Arms for Bench. Height of Bench from ground to Seating Slab should be less than 450 mm. Thickness of base RCC Slab should be less 80 mm and Thickness of Seating and Back Slab should not be less than 50 mm. Weight of Cement Bench should not be less than 150 Kg.. Alll components should be manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete by using vibro compaction process. All components should be reinforced suitably for long use . All parts should be joined together with galvanized nut and bolts of suitable sizes. Bench Top and back planks should be treatted with special anti-corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surfaces glossy and water proof.
