M&L for RCC NP3 250 mm diameter Pipes laid on 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 bed with and including excavation in any type of soil, including manholes/drop manhole of standard size made of Brick masonry/ RCC/Precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame. Includes all items and activities to execute and make sewer line functional, depth 0.70m to 1.65m, and including demolition and breaking up of drain pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing labour for Cleaning/Clearing blokage of WC's, traps, Nahani traps/Gully traps of any description and in any position below or above ground level, located in different situations, cleaning of sewage lines of any type from manhole to manhole of any length/ depth by rodding and well flushing the sewage lines after removing sludge including taking off the manhole covers and refixing after cleaning of manhole of any size and depth, all sludge to be removed a distance of 500m outside of the Cantt area, and make the entire system functional as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (a) The contractor should be provide 2 Nos of safaiwala for each Zone(Zone I, II & III) everyday, The period of completion for each complaints shall be of 24 Hours, If any complaint not resolved within 24 Hrs, the recovery @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day will be charged and deducted from RAR or Final Bill. (b) It will be the responsibility of the contractor to get the complaints completly rectified/resolved with in stipulated period and in case of urgency labour shall be made available during the non-office hours too. (c) The payment shall be made on the basis of job done, on complaints slip for each complaint. No payment shall be made for any incomplete work.(e) During cleaning of blockages removed grating will be refixed in existing position with white/grey cement after clearing of blockage from trapes without any addl cost. (d) The contractor will ensure the cleaning/clearing of all the complaints (irrespective of Nos) within 24 Hrs by deploying addl sewerman/ safaiwala if needed. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. (f) Contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety measures required by the sewerman/ safaiwalas during working hours. (g) All the waste material/ sludge shall be disposed off out of MoD land without any addl cost. (h) Complaint slip shall collected by the contractor/supervisor from MES complaint cell at office of the AGE B/R-III, GE(S) Meerut Cantt at 09:00 Hrs and submit the same duly signed by the occupant at 1630 Hrs in the complaint cell on daily basis, It will be responsiblity of contractor to ensure their attendance & completion of complaints.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage lines from manholes to manhole of any length (Manhole to manhole consider Each Job) for any depth by rodding and well flushing the sewage lines after removing sludge including taking off the manhole covers and refixing after cleaning of manhole of any size and depth. The manhole lines to be cleaned by mechanical sludge trailor and all sludge to be removed a distance of 500m outside of the Cantt area. Note : (a) The contractor shall provide sufficient labours alongwith the mchanical trailor for each zone everyday to clear for all types sewage line blockage complaints, (b) The period of completion for each complaints shall be 24 Hours (c) It will be the responsibility of the contractor to get the complaints completed with in stipulated period. (d) The payment shall be made to the contractor on the basis of job done on complaints slip for each complaint. No payment shall be done for any incomplete work .The contractor to quote the rates accordingly.

Dewatering of soak well/soak pit including connected septic tank by discharging the sewage water into a sealed tanker with pipe system including vehicle and other arrangements and disposing within 3.00 KM outside cantt are complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note: 4000 Ltr capacity tank shall be measured as one unit)
