REPAIR/MAINT TO ROAD AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF ZONE A UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Scarifying or picking Gravelled Macadam or Bituminous Macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premixed bituminous macadam (using paving bitumen VG-30) of consolidated thickness 75 mm or less with binder content 4.0% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc compete all as specified and directed. Note :- In the event of increase in percentage of binder content as per job mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for same. However in case, bitumen requirement is less than 4.0%, same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 4.0% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces using heavy duty air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 05 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surfaces using paving bitumen VG-10 by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight to total mix, Mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5%, the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design, the same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA on mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strip with anti theft sheet net for reflector protection and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for fixing and embedding in PCC 1:2:4 ( 150x150x300 mm) Type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.
