REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF US CI DI GI DISTRIBUTION PIPELINES, RO PLANTS INCLUDING CONNECTED ACCESSORIES OF RMS DHOLPUR UNDER GE BHARATPUR

Attending routine day to day maintenance of external water supply including rectification of minor defects above ground by taking down of existing GI tubing upto 25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of jumper valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/rectification of leakages to water supply distribution lines 15 mm dia to 25 mm dia GI tubing with provision of necessary excavation, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 02 here in before but for GI tubing 40 mm dia to 50 mm dia.

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to under ground CI/DI water mains of size 80 mm to 150 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P/JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making lead joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI/steel tubing any type socket ended/flanged ended and connections from trenches/walls, under floor or under road for replacement of following sizes and making good of disturbed portion as per existing : (a) 15 mm bore

M&L , jointing and testing of all kind for of DI (Ductile Iron) round flanged end on both sides of 100 mm dia , K-9 complete with rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers inside OPC coated, white painted inside and black painted on out side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make : Jindal/ Electro Steel/ Tata).

Supply and fixing in replacement of sluice valves of cast iron body with forged brass spindle, class PN 1.6 and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-1486 marked complete with neoprene rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts (high tensile), and washers etc all as specified and directed (Make : Upadhyay/ Kejriwal iron and steel works/ Kirlosker/Bir/L&T) of following size:- (a) 150mm bore flanged end.

(b) 100mm bore flanged end.

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings of all size as per ground requirement laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.Make: SFMC/ SUPREME or Equivalent Make for the following size of pipes :- (a) PP-R pipe 90 mm outer dia .

(b) PP-R pipe 50 mm outer dia .

(c) PP-R pipe 32 mm outer dia .

(d) PP-R pipe 25 mm outer dia .

(e ) PP-R pipe 20 mm outer dia .

M&L for Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth from root for cleaning out the area around OH tank / pump house No-1&2 at Gundrai, Kesarbagh sump house (Approx 13000SqMtr ) and at ground level by cutting up root, un- wanted plants / bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr directed by engineer -in -charge , Note: (i) Rate including Cutting T&P, transporting /disposal/ dumping away from the site as per the laid down procedure of waste management system shall be considered with this item rate. (ii) Entire site shall not be given for one time. Area for cleaning shall be given to the contractor on requirement basis as per the site conditions and growth rate of bushes and grass etc. The area shall be divided into several parts and shall be directed to the contractor when cleaning is required at site. (iii) The above job is carried out in beginning from acceptance of contract and other after 3 month .

Cutting existing water supply line with the help of electric cutting tools or manually for repairing such as jointing, blockage removal, cleaning of particular joint etc and making good after repairing (of size 50mm to 150mm).

M & L for dismantling of defective sluice valve for repairs such as repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refacing, grinding, stuffing and threading of spindle, replacement of worn out check nut, repairs to gate assembly replacement of jointing materials such as rubber sheets, nuts, bolts & washers, gland rope and refixing in its original position, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- (a) 80 mm bore

Bolts etc. removing fungus by cleaning of raw water and filtered water storage tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Technician should be hired from reputed company of the RO plant. No extra allowance shall be be given to the technician. Coneyance must be ensured by the contractor only. No vehicle shall be provided for the conveyance of the technician by MES.

S&F for replacement of the following spare parts of RO plant of capacity 200LPH installed at academic complex: (a) Primary sediment cartridge Filter
