Preparation of Foundation for Embankment Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150mm By Mechanical Means.Scarifying Existing Bituminous road Surface to a Depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 30.1.4.

WBM Grading-2. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thick, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means.

Prov. And applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of graunlar base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.20-1.5 K.g/sqm using machanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

TACK COAT:-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared non-bituminous surface(cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause-503.

Providing & laying 50mm thick bitumenous concrete with 100.120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes/ hectaire crushed aggegates of specified grading premixed with bitumenous binder @ 5.40 - 5.60 % of mix 7 filler transporting the hot mix to wok site laying with a hydralatic paver finisher with censor control to the required grade level & alignmen rollin with smooth wheeled vibratory & tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause No. 508 complete in al respects.

Dresing the ground including cutting and filling upto 15cm.

Exacavation in drains & channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth as desired within a all lead & lift in all kind of soils.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. In all floors and heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation footing bases of column and mass concrete etc.

(b) vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth, and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in and mixing with mechanical mixer and vibrator. a)Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10 meter thickness ) including attached pillaster butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level. Tor Steel.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in and mixing with mechanical mixer and vibrator. a)Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Exacvation in dumped stones or mulba including stacking of serviceable and un-serviceable material separately and disposal of unserviceable material lead upto 1.00 k.m. by mechanical transport disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed (in diran)

15mm cement plasterin fair coat on fair side of brick/ stone/concrete walls for interior plastering upto all floors level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girthand finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:4(1cement :4sand).

20 mm cement concrete topping 1 : 2 to 3 ( 1 cement : 2 to 3 stone aggregate of size 4.75mm & below, by volume) laid over & finishing momolithuic with base cocrete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 50mm thick
