Construction of permanent 7 Blocks R type 3 Blocks S Type 2 Blocks T Type 2 Blocks U Type Quarters phase -II for the officers at USTPP-I

Clearing Scrub and Light jungle and disposing off to a place at-least 1km away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Setting up of piling/boring equipment with all accessories and tools & plants at each of the pile location based on the sequence of operation approved by the Engineer at site, irrespective of the location and distance of the boring equipment for 600mm dia piles including coast of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., completed.

Boring and concreting of vertical reinforcement concrete piles 600 mm dia upto required depth from ground level by Direct mud circulation method with bentonite powder slurry, concrete grade M 30 using 12-20 MM machine crushed metal using minimum cement content of 400 Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ration of 0.5 with the admixture of conplast SP 337 @ 300ml per bag of cement and charges for conducting integrity penetration test on single vertical working pile to a depth of 22.5m as per specification including cost of all materials, labours lead, lift etc. complete (but excluding cost of reinforcement)

Chipping and dismantling of weak concrete from GL to cut off level of pile concrete to meet sound concrete and clearing the dismantled concrete 1km from pile location, etc including cost of all labour charges, tools, lead, lift etc. completed.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in sand,silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth. as directed by the Engineer in charge including all Labour charges, Lead, Lift,Dewatering charges T&Ps etc., complete.

Providing anti- termite protection treatment (Pre-Construction) for the Foundation and flooring by drilling holes of 150mm depth at 300mm C/C and filling the holes with anti termite liquid and refilling the holes with earth compacted by plate compaction as per IS 6313(Part-II) including cost of all materials, Labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&Ps ,Charges for plate compaction etc., complete .

Refilling with excavated earth well -watered and consolidated in layers of not more than 150mm thick in foundation and basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including all Labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Supplying and filling stone dust well watered and consolidated in foundation and basement in layers complying with standard specification as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials,Water charges, all Labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Supplying and filling with Gravel in layers for Basement well watered and compacted by plate compacter with standard specification as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, Water charges,all Labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Providing P.C.C. 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges,Water charges,dewatering charges, curing, T&P, leads, lifts etc., complete.
