Construction of Toilet Block

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation, dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water, where necessary, in ordinary soil.

Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Procurement of New Pumpset and fitting of Pumpsets along with other mechanical Components:Supply of Centrifugal pump set with 227 LPS minimum discharge at 13.10 Mtrs Head, working efficiently at head range 11 – 15.24 Mtrs coupled with 60 HP induction motor. Pump, Motor, Starter should be of reputed brand and as per IS Specification.

Installation of 20 H.P/60 HP Centrifugal Pump set (Horizontal Split casing type, squirrel cage induction motor of complete Pumpset. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and its installation on C.C. block foundation of Pump House in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts including testing & commissioning at site at full load condition with all works complete as directed.

CIDF Reflex Valve: Heavy Duty CIDF Reflex Valve, swing check type, with by pass arrangement, horizontal operating.
