SUB HEAD- 1 - HT Panels Installation, testing & commissioning of existing CG Power and Industrial Sloutions Limited make indoor type floor mounted metal clad, 11KV VCB panel with 3 Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed & fully interlocked, horizontal drawout, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, as amended up to date and additional specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, motorised charged and auto/ manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC supply with short circuit fault level of 350 MVA, complete with self contained fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars of 630 Amps capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON/ OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil , auxiliary contacts of 6 NO + 6 NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories i/c one earth truck, connections suitable for 3C x 240 sq.mm. XLPE cable of 11KV grade (cable entry from bottom), power pack with 220 volt AC input & 24V DC continous output. 2.5 Sq. mm coper conductor single core cable for voltage & 2.5 Sq. mm for current circuit, danger notice plates, etc. necessary metering protection and indication and mounted with the following switch gears as per technical specifications etc. complete as required in accordance with OEM recommendations.
B) Outgoing - 2 Nos. 630 A VCB each having following accessories. i) Digital flush type class-0.5 accuracy multifunction meter with RS485 showing V, A, PF, KVA , KW, KWH etc. as required. ii) 1 set -Microprocessor based numerical relay with O/L , E/F and S/C protection and Non-Volatile memory for 200-event log, Twenty-fault-record with time-stamp, Local HMI and user-programmable 4DI/6DO. Relay shall have dedicated button to ON/OFF circuit breaker when required and should be communicable on MODBUS (RS485) protocol. iii) Set of 3 CTs dual core dual ratio 100/ 50/ 5/ 5 A of 15VA burden and accuracy Class-0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection. iv) LED indication lamps for R,Y,B, Breaker ON,OFF,TRIP, Trip circuit healthy, spring charged, DC supply healthy, etc. as required. v) Transformer protection release with 8 window annunciation, hooter etc. as required. Note: ITC is to be done by agency through OEM. CGPISL make 11 kV HT VCB of above specifications are already supplied at site.
Transformers Installation, testing & commissioning of existing Kotsons make 1600 KVA 11KV/.433KV, Dyn11, 3phase 50Hz, indoor type copper wound, Oil type step down transformer ONAN i/c oil complete with all modern fittings as required including assembly of fins, conservator, lifting lugs, Roller type bi-directional wheels, cable end box on HV side suitable for 3C X 240 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11KV grade & suitable busduct (2500Amps.) connection arrangement on LV side, disconnecting chamber on both sides, winding temprature indication & alarm, bucholz relay , earthing terminals, diagram and rating plate, explosion vent, OFF load tap changer (+5% to -10%) @ of 2.5% steps etc. confirming to IS: 1180, Level-2 with latest amendments complete in all respects as required at site in accordance with OEM recommendations including first filling of filtered dehyderated transformer oil but excluding supply of transformer oil. Testing of oil before and after commissioning & also if filteration required is included in the scope as per OEM recommendations. Note: ITC is to be done through OEM. KOTSONS make transformers of above specifications are already supplied at site.

APFC Panel - 500 KVAr: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust, damp and vermin proof cubicle free floor, indoor type factory built sheet steel enclosed modular bolted construction extendable APFC panel comprising of 500 KVAR with heavy duty capacitors units in a bank formation to achieve Automatic operation. suitable for operation on 415 ±10% volts, 50 Hz AC 3 phase 4 wire supply system fabricated out of Form 4b compartmentaised design and covered with CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and 1.6mm thick for doors/ covers, i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, TPN Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit with stand capacity of 50KA for 1 sec., bottom base channel of section not less than ISMC 75mm, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of suitable size with 2 nos earth studs,including control wiring with 2.5sqmm. PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor Single Core cable for voltage & 2.5sq.mm for current circuits, danger notice plates, etc. necessary metering protections & indications and mounted with the following switch gears as per drawing and technical specifications etc. complete as required. The Capacitor Bank shall be of type tested design as IS-16636-2017,IEC 61921 and IEC 61439-1 & 2.

SH-II S.I.T.C. OF DG SET I/C AMF PANEL & ASSOCIATED WORKS S.I.T.C. of "Silent Type" DG set comprising of following :- (i) 1 No. Alternator suitable for generating 750 KVA power at 0.8 pf, 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated & self ventilated with brushless excitation & conforming to IS 4722 & BS-2613 all complete as required. (ii) 1 No. multi cylinder, 4 stroke, turbo charged water cooled diesel engine developing required BHP at 1500rpm suitable for above alternator & complete with all accessories i.e. base frame, fly wheel, air cleaner, coupling, starting equipment, arm pads, batteries, radiator, speed governing mechanism to keep correct frequency at all operating conditions well within limits laid down in relevant BS/IS for class AI governing with amended upto date & anti-vibration pads, batteries etc. complete as required. (iii) 1 no. AMF panel suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply in conjuction with 'Mains' & "Generating Set' for providing continuous power supply with a break not exceeding 15 sec. with PLC based control system. Supplying & Laying control cable (10 core x 2.5 sqmm copper conductor) connection and inter-connection etc. and having manual draw out type Four Pole motorised ACBs of 1250 Amps for mains and alternator and comprising of battery charger and relays, meters, bypass arrangement etc. all as reqd. and as specified i/c interconnection of 2 AMF panels as required. (Type Tested Assemblies as per IEC 61439) (iv) In-built fuel tank as per OEM specifications complete as required. (v) 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180Amp. hour capacity lead acid type) complete as required. (vi) Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per specifications including exhaust stack foundations and support system.
S.I.T.C. of calibrated HSD buffer/service tank, rectangular MS (IS:226) construction with 990 ltrs. capacity complete with flanged inlet & outlet, overflow, drain, vent, mechanical level indicator, 450mm dia access hole on top with cover, flame arrestor. Tank will be made out of 3mm MS sheet & will be provided with structural support to keep tank base at (2000mm) above FFL with access ladder arrangement, painting etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Demolishing cement concrete road of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including cutting of road by machine for suitable width and upto 350 mm depth, disposal of material within 50 metres lead, repaire and making good the same after pipe laying by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Construction of suitable RCC/PCC foundation for DG sets mentioned above in item no. 16 as per approved design & drawing from OEM including excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforced steel, refilling, supply of required material etc as per site requirement complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joinedwith connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required

Installation, testing & commissioning of old (existing) 50 KVA DG Set along with AMF Panel i/c cable connections/wiring work etc. complete as required inside Airforce area (Old Airport).
Dismantaling of 100 KVA DG Set from power house to the site as instructed by Engineer in charge.
Dismantling & shifting of 500 KVA transformer from transformer room to the site as instructed by Engineer -Incharge
Dismantling & shifting of existing Non essential panel and HT panel from power house to the site as instructed by Engineer -Incharge
Demolition of foundation of existing one number 100 kVA DG set
Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavatde soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
Dismantaling, shifting, installation, testing & commissioning of 1 no. 50 kVA DG set from interior of power house to outside the power house for temporary power supply
Supply of transformer oil if required for Kotsons make 1600 kVA, 11KV/.433KV, Dyn11, 3phase 50Hz, indoor type copper wound, Oil type ONAN step down transformer as per OEM recommendations as per site requirement.
