Excavation in following depth below ground level for laying sewers, manholes, gully, pits, chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil (earth, sand, loam and clay) including cutting of joints pits, trimming, dressing leveling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm, layers watering sand ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials up to a distance of 50 metres from the centres of trenches as per direction of E/I. Upto 1.50 m. BGL

Country wood walers and 100 m.m. dia Sal ballies for struts at 1.50 m c/c including removal after laying of sewer both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments and measurements i.e area equals to length x depth of trench. Providing and fixing in position precast RCC Manholes of following internal dia. having RCC eccentric corbelled portion and circular rings/risers designed according to IS 456, IS 3370 and other relevant IS codes for IRC class AA loading, made of M40 grade concrete, the circular ring having provision for 4 nos. house connections, having SFRC foot steps inside-staggered in two vertical rows having c/c distance 300 mm horizontally and vertically, the top footrest being at 450 mm below manhole cover and lowest not more than 300 mm above the benching, and the reinforcement shall be of TMT bars conforming to IS 1786, including necessary excavation, construction of in-situ 200 mm thick base RCC raft/platform, RCC ring supporting the precast rings/risers and CC benching, all in M20 grade concrete, over 75 mm thick M15 grade PCC in accordance with the structural design/drawing to be provided after vetting by a Govt. Engg. College/IIT and it shall also include shop/lab checking/testing of the product and also providing and fixing SFRC Heavy Duty Manhole frame and cover as per IS 12592, including lowering of various components in the excavated pit at site, assembling/installation and jointing them properly in position, hydraulic testing including material, labour and T&P all complete to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.(Thickness of rings/risers is taken as 125 mm. For variation in design thickness, the extra cost shall be payable accordingly).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
Extra for laying concrete in or under water and/or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete. Note-The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from subsoil water level up to centre of gravity of concrete under subsoil water level with quantity of concrete in cum executed under subsoil water. The depth of centre of gravity shall be reckoned correct to 0.1m (0.05m or more shall be taken as 0.1m and less than 0.05 shall be ignored). 1:2:4 and 1:1.5 : 3 (for all classes of bedding)

Providing, laying in position, and installing RCC Precast Inter-connecting Chamber 600 mm Internal dia. and 750 mm clear depth having minimum wall and base thickness of chamber as 75 mm, top RCC cover 125 mm thick and 75 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 below RCC base slab, constructed with min.
