84896 REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANTS INSTALLED AT HQSC AND SCSR WITH OTHER ALLIED WORKS IN THE AREA OF AGE E/M (NORTH) PUNE.

M & L for Servicing of outdoor (condenser) unit of air cooled Package type AC plant of capacity 5 TR to 8.5 TR by cleaning of fins by water jet of suitable pressure or cleaning by using chemical if reqd, including combing of fins by using fins comb for making straight the fins, checking electrical wiring, servicing, oiling of condenser motor, etc., complete as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable fan blade heavy duty of outdoor condenser unit of air cooled package type AC (5 to 8.5TR) as per existing make, model and type including replacement of bearing, bushing etc for smooth rotation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of blower belt of AHU/Package type AC as per existing model and type, ISI marked including re-alignment of the motor and blower if required for proper tension of belts as directed.

M&L for servicing of elect control panel of AHU central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, checking of electric circuits/connections, replacement of unserviceable burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of unserviceable fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unserviceable item (taken as supply only) as directed. Note:(i) Unserviceable parts such as MCB, MCCB, contactor, relay etc. to replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'. Cost of labour for replacement of items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of minor parts like thimbles, tags, nut, bolts, washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for servicing and painting of Main Electric Panel board/Control panel board of Central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning, scraping the panel with blower/wire brush as directed, replacement of unserviceable burnt wire, cables with existing size & length duly crimped with suitable lugs in both ends including proper numbering, tightening of fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective burned lugs and replace with same and making the panel functional all as directed. (Note : Unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid seperately as 'Supply only'. Cost of labour for replacement of items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Supply only MCB TP 63 Amp 'C' series as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MCB TP 40 Amp 'C' series as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MCB TPN 63 Amp 'C' series as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Power contactors 415 V, AC, 9 to 25 Amps, 3 phase as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
