REPAIR/ MAINT OF ROOF TREATMENT AND MISC B/R WKS IN ZONE C AREA UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound as in padding over roof slab and benching etc, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in CM (1:4) including finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position exc 250 Ltr but n.exc 500 ltr in capacity (cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position including dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 & n. exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning all around at the mouth of existing rain water pipe properly at terrace, wetting and grouting with CM (1:4) and mixed with 3% water proofing compound, area of each grouting n. exc. 0.10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
