Preparation of new or previous untreated surfaces of steel and iron of any description n exc 10cm width or girth not when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable wooden wardrobe including chowkhat of overall size 1000mm x 1900mm approx from existing position of married & single accn including supply & fixing steel wardrobe including chowkhat of same size at the same position in Md and single accn all as directed to ensure proper & smooth functioning of wardrobe to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The overall outer size of chowkhat will be 1000mm X 1900 mm approx, made with 0.5mm thick plain black MS sheets and overall shutter size of wardrobe 945mm X 1845mm (approximate) having 2 shutter, 06 Nos of 75mm long, medium weight, MS butt hinges and one number approved quality chromium plated MS handle & one number MS lock of approved quality CP of Godrej pattern with key in duplicate. Thickness of all MS sheets to be used in wardrobe for any purposes including chowkhat, shutter, bracing and back etc except shelves shall be of 0.5mm thick and 02 numbers shelves of size 1.00 x 0.5m approx made of 1mm MS sheet shall be fixed suitably and properly with rivet /welds for storing clothes etc in wardrobe. 01 No MS approved pattern tie hanger shall be fixed in one shutter. One number MS peg set of three shall be fixed in other shutter of wardrobe. 18mm dia MS conduit pipe chromium plated with suitable & approved quality bracket will be fixed to both gable wall of wardrobe. Suitable pattern MS sheets bracing to shelves and shutters shall be provided to avoid any sagging and other related problem in smooth functioning and proper use of wardrobe. All cement plaster, brick wall, PCC, RCC etc disturbed during dismantling of wardrobe shall be made good in cement motar 1:3 properly as per site condition and technical requirement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In the bottom portion of wardrobe (of size 1.0 x 0.60m approx) 7mm thick glazed tile exc 0.06 sqm and not exc 0.11 sqm of approved colour and shade shall be laid over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including filling the joint with matching colour of tiles. In the sides (of size 0.58 x 1.88m approx each) and back portion of wardrobe (of size 1.0 x 1.88 m approx) 350mmx450mmx7mm thick glazed tile of approved colour and shade shall be fixed over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 including filling the joint with matching colour of tiles. Inside surface of ceiling of wardrobe (of size 1.00x0.60m approx) shall be finished with two coats of OBD over a coat of birla white wall care putty after making good surface properly. Chowkhat will be fixed with suitable rawl plug with and CP steel screw inside wall etc & adjacent surfaces shall be made good to match with adjacent finishing surfaces properly as required and directed for entire completion of work. All steel surface will be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade and colour by spray painting over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces. All other misc work will also be carried out for entire completion and smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grouting in RCC wall/floor/roof through PVC nipples at a spacing of 45 to 60cm C/C including drilling injection points to a depth of 75-100mm, providing 10mm dia PVC nipples and pressure grouting using with and including cement mixed with plasticizing admixture like FOSROC(model CEBEX100) or PIDILTE (model 207 PIDICRET 8AM) @ 225gms/50kg of cement to fill up all capillaries/voids/honeycombing, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing with pressure of 2 to 4 Kg/sqcm and continued till refusal. After instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note-After ascertaining the location of leakage/seepage/dampness under relevant item shall be operated of the required location.

M&L post construction anti termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors

M&L post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.
