M & L for sub main wiring (concealed/Surface) complete with two single core 4 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC heavy duty conduit and conduit accessories including 4 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: 3 run of 4 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit. Make of cable : Plaza, Polycab, Finolex. Note: The disturbed surface of wall for surfacce box wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the costof making good Make: Make of modular box and plaate is legrand.

Supply and install invertor based split AC of capacity 1.5 TON ,(Copper coil) electric driven single phase, 230 volts, New 3 star rating including all accessories like brackets, rubber tubing, copper tubing, gas charging, etc including testing and commissionin with as per norms of BEE and making good to the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as directed Make Hitachi/LG/Blue star/Godrej/'O' General/Vlotas Note :- All cooing /condensing coil should be copper matrial

Supply and install Voltage stablizer automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with output voltage stablized at 230 Volt with accuracy of (+/-)2.5 percent of capacity 4KVA. Make: V guard, Steady Volt, Microtek

Supply and fix new copper tubes of size 1/4 inch for suction line including rubber tube insulations of same size for fixing AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new copper tubes of size 5/8 inch for suction line including rubber tube insulations of same size for fixing AC complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F power unit for upto 2 ton AC and geyser up to 2 KW modular type, 4 module, 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand Cat No. 675558 equivalent in Acchor roma, Crabtree.

Supply and fix PVC rigid conduit pipe 20/25 mm dia including all accessories and necessary saddles with fixing screwa, gutties etc.for drain out water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix flexible U-PVC trunking of size 105x50 mm duly fixed on wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix split AC stand as per OEM recommendation of outdoor unit suitable for 1.5/2 ton including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making temporary shade size 01mx01mx01 mtr using GI sheet 0.6 mm thick with nuts , bolts, washer angles iron size 25x25x3mm thick for supporting of shade to above room/pourc with two coat of synthetic enanel paint on surface of angles and sheet with suitable arrangement of PCC 1:3:6 work for shade work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The contractor should attend the complaint and rectify the defect within 05 days (Maximum) failing which Rs Rs @500.00 per day per AC (Split/window 1.5/2 TR)/ Water Cooler/Refrigeratior will be recovered from the RAR/Final during warranty period.
