Sch 'A' Part - XI : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore angle cock cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated for PP-R pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore health faucet cast copper alloy chromium plated including necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore valve mixer unit with HOT & COLD water outlet cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated fitted to PP-R pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD Material and labour for Dual directional reflective cat eye 108x100X20 mm made out of ABS material fixed on road and two highly reflected reflector moulded in PMMA materials are fitted in the road. The reflector are welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding processor available in yellow and white, colour having reflectors in amber white, weight 76 grms complete as directed. (Make : Greenlite/3M or equivalent in Dark Eye.

Supply and fix pre-fabricated rubber speed breakers of height 50 mm and 410mm wide in black and yellow colour studded with reflectors on either side, the reflectros should be easily visible at night all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix retro-reflective sign boards of size as per signs supported by steel vertical members of adequate dia, 2.10 m height from GL with blue background and white cut out letters on both side of boards including necessary arrow, marking, bordering etc as directed.

Material and labour for painting on road surfaces with road marking paint reflective type 2.5 mm thickness and not exceeding 100mm wide of uniform finish hot applied thermo plastic paint with machine of bituminous paint white in colour and surface imposed with glass beads including cleaning the surface by brushing/ sweeping by brooms to remove all dirt, scales of oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix convex mirror of 80 mm dia including erection and fixing in cement concrete 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Construction of LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for 20 users complete all as specified.

SPECIAL B/R ITEMS Supply and fix aluminium powder coated three track sliding window consisting of standard section for frames and necessary handles roller wheels, rubber beading, necessary packing material etc complete. Thickness of powder coating shall be 60 micron all as specified and directed

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix and connecting up ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep efficiencia neo (BLDC 26W) Five Star energy saving, Brown/Ivory/elegant unite complete including with, modular type fan step regulator 2 module, cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, including writing MES No 2cm height with synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and testing of 4ft LED surface & wall mounted batten LED luminaires, 18/20 Watts, extruded aluminium housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser and integral electronic driver fixed complete including all accessories and provision of PVC sheathed multistanded copper conductor for connection complete all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting the existing pipe upto 80mm GI & inserting the TEE for taking branch connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Valve chamber with inner dimension of 600 mm x 600 mm x 1000 mm with 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation 230 mm thick brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 , PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping, rendering 15 mm thick both internal and external surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel sheet cover of 3 mm thick with mild steel angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm size frame work. All iron surfaces painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including handle, excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix FRP Cable looping in loop out box 250 x 200 x 105 with connector of suitable way and 1 No of MCB, SP 6-32 Amps including necessary fixing arrangements with clamps fabricated out of Flat Iron of 20x3 mm including nuts, bolts and washers on poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing street light fitting, FRP cable looping box along with brackets any size/type from the dismantling pole with disconnecting the electric connection all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix pole mounting bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade of length 1.5 mtr with two clamps made out of 50x6 mm with nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down LT UG cable of size 35/50/70 Sqmm 3 1/2 Core from existing panel, MCCB etc and cutting out portion and reconnecting to the switch, MCCB etc after removing and relocating the existing LT feeder pillar box and cable including necessary earth work and excavation as required after replacing the cable lugs all as directed. NOTE: Relocating of existing feeder pillar box including earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for relocating of existing serviceable LT Panel board and LT UG cables and earth strips from its original position to another position by providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) foundation of size 1.2x0.6x0.5 mtr complete including taking out from existing foundation and disconnecting all incoming/outgoing cables, glands, earth strips including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron or earth lead wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron including PCC earth chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 and pre-cast RCC cover slab in using reinforcement with XPM weighing not less than 1.87 kg/Sqm with suitable handle made of 12 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 15mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 m length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion.
