Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Providing water proofing treatment with best quality acrylic polymer modified cementitious composite slurry coating approved brand over sunken floors & terraces as given below a )The surface to be treated shall be clean from all debris and loose particles. All debonded particles shell be removed with wire brush and the surface should be clean and in SSD (Saturated surface dry)condition prior to the application of sika/dr fixit/asian smartcare/fosroc b) Providing water proofing treatment with , acrylic polymer modified cementitious composite slurry coating of approved brand at recommended rate as per manufacture @ 2mm in 2 coats over the sunken slab as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge Make:sika/dr fixit/asian smartcare/fosroc.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with waterproofing treatment with using integral waterproofing Fosroc Conplast X421IC conforming to IS:2645 as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be paid separately.

Supply only integral WPC.

M&L for cement concrete type F2 (1:7:12) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in sunken floor all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screed bed 15 mm thick of CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thk cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring finished even and fair.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles coloured of size 400 x 400 x 7 to 8mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles with 15mm screed bed 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specifiedc and as directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic tiles, coloured 300x200x7mm in vertical surfaces such as dado/ skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including backing coat of 10mm thick cement mortar (1:3).

M&L for Cementous Grouting where heavy leakage (5 Nozzles per SQ.MTS) Thoroughly clean the surface of slab with wire brush and Fill the slab area to check the water tightness of the RCC slab / sunken slab prior to waterproofing treatment. Mark the leaking points and treat them to make the leaking spots watertight using injection cement grout mixed with MasterFlow 150 or low viscous epoxy grout using Master Inject 1315 by drilling the hole and fixing the nozzles using Master Emaco S 348 or equivalent (BASF/Fosroc/ Sunanda/ kerakoll/ Mapei) Note: Rate is inclusive of cement. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning the joints of tiles in bathroom/Toilet/Kitchen flooring by removing wire brush or any other material and make suitable for applying chemicals for joints.The joints to be filled with Nitotile EP Grout-Fosroc and top coat to be filled with white or colour cement match to tile surface. Note: Rate is inclusive of white cement. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry , built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings etc. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applied two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.
