M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for preparation of old steel of iron surfaces of any description n.exc.10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints,all as specified.

Supply & fix 25mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and fitted to chowkats. NOTE : All builder's hardware shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 100mm long butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel complete all as specified.

S&F 250 mm long aluminium anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repaired aluminium powder coated fancy curtain rails plain or colour 25 mm dia as approved with teak wood fininshing brackets and knobs complete all as specified.

M & L for 0.56mm thick plain Aluminium sheeting Alloy 31000 H4 in stepped flashing (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium two track sliding window of heavy duty Jindal sections frame and shutter of appropriate sizes fixed with rubber gasket, handle, locking arrangements and fittings complete all as shown of drawings & as specified & as directed. (Make : Jindal or equivalent approved)

S&F aluminium powder coated door side hung type heavy duty Jindal sections frame & shutters of appropriate sizes including jointing cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap bidding, rubber neoprene gasket packing handles, tower bolts and all other fittings as required etc complete all as shown on drawings & as specified and directed. (Make: Jindal or equivalent approved)

S&F 5.5mm thick tinted float glass fixed to two track Aluminium sliding windows / and side hung doors complete all as shown on drawings, specified & directed.

Material and labour for 12mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm and n exc 22.5 cm long comlete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick, sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid Ceramic coloured tiles of approved make and colour shade 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) confroming to IS- 13712 grade II (a) of first quality area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for lacquer coated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm / 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes,bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) half round 150mm bore with rounded edges incl all accessories like bend T etc for eaves gutter complete all as specified and directed. (Make:PRINCE or equivalent approved)

Supply & fix in repairs 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with necessary clamps, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- PRINCE or equivalent approved.

Supply & fix in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with necessary clamps, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- PRINCE or equivalent approved.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering plaster on fair faces of stone masonary surfaces or other than fair face of brick work in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on new surfaces of walls all as specified and directed.

M & L walling of RR stone masonary uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 incl brought upto course at interval of every 60 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains & including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form, moulds, mitrred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor over and including 50 micron polythene film laid complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; path / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc.2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from the disturbed span including line spacer and unserviceable material removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/defective (pin type, Shackle type)insulators of any size/type and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections,etc,including mild steel bolts,nuts, washers, etc and removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cable conforming to IS:7098 (Pt-I)-1988, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lungs, glands and terminal etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cable conforming to IS:7098 (Pt-I)-1988, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lungs, glands and terminal etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Consolidated punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ''B'' bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade including fittings fixed to pole/laying under road crossing with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, Cable junction box made of polycarbonate, ''halogen free and weather proof', for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) IP-66 protection including short cable eantry gland tread type with lock nut, four way bakelite terminal with brass studs and nuts, GI flat strip clamps of size 25mm X 3mm with bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with MCB one 06 Amps inside the junction box complete all as specified & as directed. (Make: HANSEL Cat No. KF 1616G or equivalent approved).

Materials & Labour for point wiring (surface type) with 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated(FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Part I & II of 2000 drawn in and including min 25 mm size heavy grade non metallic casing caping (Double lock) with all casing caping fittings & accessories with PVC poycarbonate rectangular box of suitable size fixed with brass screws & cup washers including 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switch 'DB's or common earth dolly for SSC 15A independent complete all as specified and as directed.
