Boring holes 3.5 m deep in ordinary soil (for cast in situ piles) and getting out the soil and disposal of the surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m for following diameter of pipes (iii) 300mm including under reaming of bulb and as directed by EIC.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches. plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming (by manual or mechanical means) and watering and as directed by EIC.

Disposal of remaining excavated Earth after filling in foundations and plinth as per direction of Engineer in-charge including loading from site and unloading at disposal site for all lead and lift/depth etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete etc and as directed by EIC.

Carrying out plinth treatment to post construction / existing structure by spraying chemical solution for termite control treatment including labour and material consistent with I.S.I specification. Using Chlordane and Chiorpurfiles 20 EC. As Per 6131_paret-II Concentration Weight one percent is recommended i.e. one litre 20 EC chemical emulsion with 19 litre give 1 % concentration inclusive of one litre chemical emulsion application at the rate of 5 Litre chemical / Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S and as directed by EIC.

Providing and filling rubbles including hand packing and filling voids with sand as directed including ramming and consolidating etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

Dewatering for work as original or extended including furnishing of pumps and other accessories all complete, as directed by the Engineer.

Rolling of earthwork in layers with power roller including filling in depression which occur duirng the process. Achieving proctor density of 95% at optimum moisture

PCC and RCC Works: Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1- Cement : 3- coarse sand : 6- hand broken stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in and as directed by EIC. (A) Foundation and Plinth

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-300 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/reatrd setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the EIC without fly ash(min. cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 415Kg) , For Sub structure and super structure for all levels.

Providing and laying and fixing 50mm thick expansion joint by hydro cell semi rigid UV resistance with high performance laminated closed cell polythene foam joint filler in sheet foam as directed etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring (trimix) with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing formwork for exposed concrete surface in desired pattern and size, using 18mm thick 120 micron film faced shuttering plywood, including neat cleaning the exposed concrete surface, rendering as directed by the consultant/site engineer, making drip moulds on the ledge & edges. Only the final exposed RCC surfaces shall be measured for payments. (Quality of the shuttering ply shall be approved by the engineer in charge prior to use). Rates shall be inclusive of shuttering for all shapes, sizes, fixing of drip mould patti, inserts, patterns in exposed form finish etc and for works at all levels using MS props for heights ranging from 4 to 16m and as directed by EIC.

PIVOT Gates of required pattern fixed to brick walls / Columns prepared with M.S. flats, angles, Square / round bars, square pipes, at required spacings with necessary hold fasts, Rollers and other fixtures and fittings as per detailed drawing and fixing brick walls / coping / columns etc. complete including one coat of primer and two coats of Epoxy Paint including cleaning and finishing the surface etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

Structural Steel work (confirming to IS 4923-1997) riveted, bolted or welded in builtup for all type sections, in framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the structural designs and directions of EIC.

40 mm thick Rubbed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar and as directed by EIC.Approved Makes of cement: Larsen & Turbo, Gujarat, Vikram, Binani or equivalent.

Water Proofing Works: Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm.
