Format of Pre shipment sample undertaking (Appendix - I) is to be filled and uploaded

Appendix - L: Format of Undertaking of Criminal Case/Conviction is to be filled and uploaded

Traders/Suppliers who are agents of foreign manufacturers have to upload Import Export Code certificate issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade

Trader/Agent should upload Manufacturer Authorization letter as per bid document

Satisfactory performance letter for having fulfilled the quantities as per Appendix - M

a. If the tenderer is Non MSEs, upload last three preceding financial years turnover certificate (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) along with copy of audited balance sheet and profit and loss accounts duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard. b. If the tenderer is MSEs, upload last two preceding financial years turnover certificate (i.e., 2022-23 and 2023-24) along with copy of audited balance sheet and profit and loss accounts duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard.
