Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber/ floor trap , including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including eaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of egineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair to leaking G.I.water supply pipe line by dismantling the G.I. pipe, replacing the GI pipe and fittings where required and restoring the water supply upto 15 metre height all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( GI pipes and fittings shall be paid for separetely).

Re-setting of existing aluminum door/window shutters , tightening of cleats etc. refixing of pivots or aluminium hinges or rubber gasket/floor spring/door fittings wherever required including steel screws etc. all complete

Repair to floor trap/P-trap etc. with neat cement slurry including mixing of water proofing solution to prevent leakage as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of Plants like Pipal Plant etc. from the roofs,shafts and from other parts of the Building at all heights and removing its roots,And pouring solution of Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% in the root of plants and making good the same complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Uprooting of plant without using scaffolding

Terrace/floor cleaning including removal of rank vegetations,grass etc. and its disposal outside the compound to a municipal dump all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Manholes including taking out the sludge,rubbish and other forgien materials for smooth and free flow of sewage water all complete as per the direwction of E-I-C.

Repairs to existing doors/windows/cupboard shutters (wood) by chiseling,cutting and tightening the styles and rails etc. wherever required including dismantling and refixing the same all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm stainless steel grating with or without hole for nahni or floor traps etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge..

Repairs to SCI rain water/sanitary pipes i/c dismantling from its existing position and refixing the same at all floor levels,i/c necessary scaffolding if required after making necessary repair by using M-seal or other sealing compound on all the leaked joints/cracks etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
