Providing and fixing mechanical packers 100mm X10mm into the crack walls as per the company instructions . The drilled hole would be cleaned prior to fixing of packers. The packers would be spaced at 150mm depending upon the severeity of the problem and cracks to be sealed with the seal the crack using Epoxy Putty (DEP-009) and fix the pedstals for injectors Providing and injecting epoxy mx DEL 090 in the ratio of 2:1 (2 Resin :Hardner) throughcompany provided injectors. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Preparing the surface to receive waterproofing treatment by making surface ready to receive water proofing treatment. Cleaning the surface with wire brushes to clean, smooth & dry surface, free of any loose particles/ reinforcement bars/ debris etc. Providing and applying base coat on primer coat as per site requirement and complete in all respect including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site as directed by the Engineer in charge allowing drying gap between succesive coats. Providing and applying with paint brush two final coats of elastomeric liquid applied polyurethane Membrane Multithane BK on the prepared surface as per the site requirement and complete in all respect including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site as directed by the Engineer in charge allowing drying gap between successive coats. including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, drilling & fixing Custom made NRV Packers 2000mm X 13mm at gap 1.5m in along the foundation by setting Compound Method for injecting PU Grout Material including all required tools and tackles, equipment-drilling machine, at locations as directed by engineer-in-charge. Providing and injecting Foaming PU Grout on average consumption of 2 litre per packer including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
