Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm crushed stone graded aggregate as in sub fllor, sub bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specofied and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates in flooring finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10mm wide filled with grade B sealing compound all as specified and directed

Material and labour for contiounious brick edging using burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' (Old size burnt clay bricks) with width equal to the width of the bricks laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as sspecified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work using sub class 'B' bricks ( old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two coats ,first coat shalll be 10mm thick and second coat/finishing coat shall be 5mm thick over brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. NOTE-: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directred.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc flats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary drilling,bolting or fiveing etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide priner complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in natural ground any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft / loose soil, each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2 1 : 3: 6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as for fixing of angle post for fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc., incl. all necessary drilling or riveting, etc., and smilar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any type, size and in any position complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, 5.5 mm dia of galvanised wire and of mesh size 100x150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10 mm. with haxagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking, bending etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Old barbed wire any size, type and in any position all as spcified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire ,staples or steel pins,etc, directed (each line wire to measured) complete alll as specified and directed.
