Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed.

Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wire line), including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminum winding wire in case of breakage of conductor, size of binding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during the stretching. (ii) The Number of wires between pole to pole shall be consider as one span and no claim on this account is admissible.(iii) The item shall be execute only after site visit and written approval of GE .

M&L for trimming /cutting tree branches with clearing space up to 2 meter from the over head conductor system all around for LT distribution system , and as directed. Note: (i) The contractor shall take permission from GE for power shutdown before start work on line.(ii)The item shall be execute only after site visit and written approval of GE .(iii) The distance between pole to pole shall be consider as one span.

S&F in repair, structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminum paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair, shackle type, vitreous Insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Jaipuria/RASHTRIYA/ PACTAL

S&F stay assembly complete comprising of 20mm dia 40cm long stay bow rod 20mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanized stay rod threaded with nuts, including 300mmx300mmx6mm thick plate necessary clamps etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 including taking down U/S stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed. S&F DWC high density polyethylene pipes in replacement having outer dia 90/76 mm, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930(Part I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/along wall/in PCC on GL/roof and including all fittings as required at site including taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWC high density polyethylene pipes in replacement having outer dia 120/103 mm, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930(Part I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/along wall/in PCC on GL/roof and including all fittings as required at site including taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with cast iron / MS base plate, top plate welded with MS round sheet with necessary nuts, bolts and wahsers duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint including black and yellow strip 30cm in height above the copying of the pole, including taking out old poles, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, new aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminum tape/binding wire connectors, PG clamps, jumpers etc of any size as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, galvanized steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia cradle guards, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated of galvanized steel wire 3.15mm dia including binding wire aluminum , cradle guard complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement single phase preventer for Electric driven Machine Motor 415 Volts AC 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - L&T, Havells and Siemens.

Material and labour for painting of 9 mtr LT Steel pole with one coat of red oxide and two coat aluminum paint and marking yellow and black lines including writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and as -directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paints over PCC electric poles and marking yellow and black lines including writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and as -directed. Note :- The item shall be executed if specifically ordered by GE in writing.
