F.O.R. S.K Hospital price excluding GST for item Air conditioner 2 Ton Rate Contract as per specification mentioned in technical Compliance bid.
1. In Air conditioner :- a. Condenser coil material: copper b. Refrigerant: R-410A/R-32/Green Refrigerant c. Electrical Wire-25 meter
2. The Firm will provide suitable digital stabilizer (4Lva Capacity) (Copper winding) for air conditioner free of cost at consignee place.
3. Firm shall also provide below accessories free of cost at consignee place :- a. Iron stand-01 number b. Compatible air conditioner switch box with MCB-01 number c. Copper pipe-05 meter (Suction and liquid, each 05 meter with nitride rubber insulation of appropriate thickness as recommended by manufacturer.) Drainage Pipe-05 meter
4. Firm will be responsible for installation and commissioning of air conditioner consignee place.
5. All Kind of civil work such as making and repairing hole for air conditioner and drain pipe shall be included in cost.
6. Air conditioner should have BEE 5 Star Rating.
7. Warranty :- a. 1 Years on complete product and standard warranty on compressor and condenser as per company’s norms. b. 1 year on stabilizer as per company’s norms
