SCHEDULE `A' PART - XII Fittings & fixtures is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & fix PVC batten holder with brass three terminals ISI marked (with and including 63.5MM PVC back plate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep 5 star rating complete with blade, canopy and down rod and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of size 24/0.2MM from ceiling rose to connector block and writing of MES number on each ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Length of suspension rod shall be adjust by cutting threading as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and its cost deemed to be included in rate of hanging of ceiling fan.

Supply & fix mettalic type exhaust fan 300mm sweep 240V AC single phase complete with steel louvers and shutters of any weeep including provison of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 24/0.2MM upto ceiling rose and grounting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc and writing of MES number on each exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix testing LED light fitting batten type 1x18/20 Watt IP-20, 4 feet long including led tube with driver complete suitable for fixation on wall/ roof with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, the system wattage of fitting should not be more than 18/20 Watt = 10%, surge protection of minimum 2 KV power factor should be more than 0.90 cool white colour, total Harmonic Distortion (THD) should not be more than 10% Lumen output should not be less than 1700 Lumens, total input voltage range 140-280V AC, colour rendering index should not be less than 80, correlated colour should be minimum 6000 Degree Kelvin and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of size 24/0.2MM complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall produce the original purchase voucher, two year warranty certificate alongwith LM-79/80 test certificate before incorporation in the work.

Supply & fix MCB single pole & neutral 230V 'C' Curve 10 KA, 16-63 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix MCB triple pole & neutral 415V 'C' Curve 10 KA, 63-100Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix MCB single pole 5 to 32 Amp 240V 'C' Curve 10 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC Conduit pipe size 20mm dia heavy duty for electrical provision to fix the projector from wall to ceiling of all class rooms concealed type incl all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with two single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH cable with Multicore copper conductor drawn into and including PVC conduit rigid non metallic of 25mm dia with and including independent PVC insulated one run 6.0 Sqmm single core copper earth wire complete all as specified. Note : Three lengths of 6 Sqmm cable will be measured as one length.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with four single core 10 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH cable with multicore copper conductor drawn into and including PVC conduit rigid non metallic of 25mm dia with and including independent PVC insulated two run of 10.0 Sqmm single core copper earth wire complete all as specified. Note : Six lengths of 10 Sqmm cable will be measured as one length.

FIRE FIGHTING

Supply and lay in trenches pipe ductile iron of 100mm (4") dia, S/S including specials, fittings of class "K-9", complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for construction of Valve chambers including necessary earth work in any type of strata PCC (1:3:6) in base concrete brick work in CM (1:6) with 10mm thick plaster internally and 15mm thick externally in CM (1:4), 6mm thick MS Sheet cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 50x50x50 mm MS complete with 2 coat of synthetic enameled paint over red oxide on alla steel work and two coat of white washing on plastered surface of valve chamber internal size 1100mm x 1100mm x 900mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cutting DI main 100mm dia laid underground for addition or alteration, including all jointing materials and necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of MS flanged pipe of size 50mm NB heavy duty for inlet/outlet of Terrace tank duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing butterfly valve flanged (brass type) of size 50mm for inlet/outlet of Terrace tank duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing ball brass valves, high pressure of size 50mm bore dia for terrace tank with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing DI fitting confirming to IS upto 100 mm bore pipe line for reducing/bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type, straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socketed extra Tee pieces single branch Y junction double branch, cross collars cap etc complete all as speicified and directed

External Electric supply

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting of 120 Watt including single arm bracket suitable for fitting street light made up of pressure die cast holding with toughened glass and individual high power LED with secondary optics, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete all as specified as directed. Note : Contractor shall produce the original purchase voucher, two year warranty certificate alongwith LM-79/80 test certificate before incorporation in the work.

Supply & fixing looping box for street light IP 65 Thermoplastic (Polystyrene) dust proof with internally embedded gasket environmentally safe with suitable PVC for pole mounting arrangement with and including phase terminal for Three Phase and neutral supply of size 200x160x98mm with 06 Amp MCB Single Pole all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing copper conductor cable three core 1.5 Sqmm from looping box to street light complete all as specified.

External Water supply

Supply and lay in trenches pipe ductile iron of 100mm (4") dia, S/S including specials, fittings of class "K-7", complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Bulk water meter size 100mm dia with suitable for fitting in 100 mm distribution pipe line GI pipe complete all as specified as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified as directed.

Material & labour for construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 90x90x90 cms suitable for Gate valves upto 50mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, incl necessary earth work, including MS sheet cover of thickness 02mm on 50x50x6.0 mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Internal Water supply

Supply & fix 15mm nominal size angle cocks (ISI marked) cast copper alloy screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete as specified as directed.

Supply & fix chromium plated health faucet having 15mm nominal size thread connection with 1.2 mtr long flexible metal hose with holding bracket complete all as specified and as directed..
