Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . Providing and fixing 1st quallity ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make (Jhonson /Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm. Including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete. -size 200x300mm

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria) in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all colours shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3mm width,using epoxy grout mix of 0.70kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete - size of tile 600x600 mm.

Providing, supplying fixing & cladding of aluminium rollcoated composite panel 3 mmthick material having more than 70 % of PVdf with all coatings not exceeding AAMA at 605.2-requirements, with anti-toxic low density polythene having aluminium coated with chrome or polyester, polyvinylidien fluoride of HY lar 5000 in ausimont USA & kynar 500 in Elf - Atosem will be fixed on the anodized aluminium extruded section strucutral frame for a wall panelling work with required projection by using MS - cleats / angles / aluminium 'L' angles and grooves, in ACP folding as per site requirement whereever necessary.
