New Construction of Khadi Sarai to Sahapur Batavali Link road up to tower road.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specificatin Clause 401.(For Grading I Material).

Providing, laying, spreading Material on a prepared sub base (WBM), Cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer to sub-base.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/Base (WBM Grading 3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (By Mechanical Means') . Excluding GST

Providing and applying primer coat of Low Porosity with Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer/Bituminous surface as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 ( By Manual Means).

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 sealing the voids in a Bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510 ( By Manual Means).

Providing Plain Concrete (1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Excluding GST

Providing Reinforced Concrete M20 (1:1.5:3) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202

Construction of Patri on both side of the road with Carted Earth Cartage of Earth 5.00 Km with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting as per SOR SI No 253 & 261 (C). complete in all respects Excluding GST.

M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST
