Comprehensive maintenance contract of iron removal filter plant with replacement of filter media, consumables, such as soda ash, liquid chlorine etc. and weekly visit of trained technician for the maintenance, dosing , backwash etc. i.e. attending breakdown calls as an when required and maintaining the required pH value as per required specification including monthly water testing reports for all the sites etc.complete as per SCC and Annexure-A & B

SH:II Overhauling Work

Overhauling of old FRP vessels by taking out exhaust Filter media and dismantling the Bottom Strainers, Lateral Strainers & Gaskets. Servicing and Cleaning the vessels with chemicals. Providing and Fixing Bottom Strainers, Lateral Strainers & Gaskets sets with new one. Re-Painting of Vessels, Pipeline etc. complete as required at site. Vessel dia 2000 mm; overall ht 2700 mm

Overhauling of old FRP vessels by taking out exhaust Filter media and dismantling the Bottom Strainers, Lateral Strainers & Gaskets. Servicing and Cleaning the vessels with chemicals. Providing and Fixing Bottom Strainers, Lateral Strainers & Gaskets sets with new one. Re-Painting of Vessels, Pipeline etc. complete as required at site. Vessel dia 1200 mm; overall ht 2700 mm

Overhauling of old M.S vessel by taking out exhaust Filter media and dismantling the Strainers & Gaskets including checking and refixing of strainer with new one. Scraping and painting of MS Vessels and pipelines with red oxide primer and thereafter with synthetic enamel paint of approved make etc. complete as required at site.

i) For 2nd Year

Supply and fixing of following accessories/ materials for Water Filtration Plant as per OEM/ manufacturers recommendation as required.
