REPAIRING OF ROAD BY MPM,BM,BC, BEFORE MANSOON THROUGH YEARLY TENDER (2026-27) IN THE AREA OF WARD OFFICE NO. 4 BNCMC.[pre mansoon]

Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Providing and constructing 75mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing theexisting road surface, spreading 40mm. stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heatingand spraying the bitumen of specified grade@2Kg/sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8to10MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506etc. complete. Including picking of existing WBM surface. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arriveat rates)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by famesin Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry/Hungry B.T. surface 3kg/10sqm. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM:--Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of grading1, premixed with bituminous binder Bitumen of specified grade, @4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface , finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76/100mm compacted thickness with drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA having complying essential features of Hot mix plantasper IRC-27- 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder,built indust controller system and PLC for Drum Mix plant ,Sensor paver, and Vibratory roller excluding prime/ Tack coat etc. complete- Bitumen VG-30 grade with stone dust filler (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE :-Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 1, pre mixed with bituminous binder @5.20 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50mm compacted thickness with specified grade of Bitumen, Excluding prime/ tackcoat. For Bitumen of specified grade-USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

dingand Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/colour of 2.5 mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads@ 250 gm/sqm. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be >250m cd/sqm/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100mcd/sqm/ luxand Qd of 100 mcd/sqm/lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflecto meter of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL&QD both a ccording to IRC 35:2015 clause15.5. Thefinished surfacetobelevel, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in acordance with applicable specifications. (Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for IRC 35:2015)

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers /Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing to tal internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTMD 4280 Type Hand complying to Specifications of Category A o f MORTH Circular NoR W/NH/33023/10-97DOIIID t 11.06.1997. The height, widt handl engthshal l not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 102+/-2 mm and with minimum reflectiveare a of 13Sq cmoneachs ideand thes lope to the base shallbe35+/-5degree. The strength of detachmen to ftheintegrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a m inimum value of 500Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes onther oad for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro- reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
