Excavating in soft/loose soil for trenchs n exc 1.5m in depth and n exc 1.5m wide for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete for bottom of manhole etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry in part portion , built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material to a distance n exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks,old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on wall of manhole,septic tank etc of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth ( With out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for man hole and similar article with plain face and set in cement mortar 1:4 incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia.

Supply and laying in trenches, jointing and testing salt glazed stoneware pipe grade 'A' drainpipe 150mm bore conforming to IS at any depth over PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for bed of sewage lines of 150mm dia including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete (all as per specified in SSR part-I clause 18.68.2) complete all as specified & directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch. 'A'/BOQ.

Supply and installation of grease separator plant suitable for underground installation. The Grease Separator should be made from polyethylene for longer life. The Grease Separator should have nominal capacity not less than 930 Ltrs with Inlet/ Outlet socket of nominal dia of minimum 100mm with grease storage capacity of minimum 270 ltrs and sludge storage capacity of minimum 460 ltrs. Total weight of grease separator should be minimum 81 kg with overall dimension of atleast 1320mm x 1595 mm (Dia X Ht). The Grease Separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line nominal dia of minimum 65mm and nominal pressure of 10 kg with couplings for two-sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 blank cap and Counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 black cap. Top cover of the Grease Separator plant should be made from concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of minimum 600 mm diameter. The cover should be odour-free when closed. The weight of the cover should be 145 kg and manufactured to meet 1.50 ton load class requirement. (The rate shall be included for supply & installation, provide three days training for operation/function and transportation at site) as per DIN EN 1825 and DIN 4040 100 suitable for underground installation). Make ACO Passavant ,Model No NS4 Grease Separator plant or equivalent model in Saniflo, Kingspan Klargester

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes etc not exc.10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F RCC Class NP 3, 150 mm bore pipes laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required, 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork using old size bricks Sub class B straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains and bed of manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, over brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for manhole cover including placing & set in CM 1:6 including form work, demolition of old RCC manhole covers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, door chowkats of angle or other section and similar works complete of Gde Fe-290 Gde E-165 including welding etc complete all as specified and directed.
