INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No.14: S&F for altoch dozing system ( Nodel ADS-I) consisting of 50 Ltrs - 100 Ltrs PE/FRP tank with PE/FRP lid and level guage along with Agitator 1280 RPM with shaft and blade in SS-316 (FRP/EPOXY COATED)/Plastic mounted or tank complete with Motor pump. Note :- Lid will have port hole for pouring Altoch - GP (Calcium based granular disinfectant) and water when necessary . Lid will have provision for mounting Decrin dosing pump on the lid/wall)

Item No.15: Cutting of existing fire fighting MS pipe line of size 80/100 mm and connected for proposed building .

Item No.16: Material and labour for borehole by DTH/Rotary drilling method for borewell of 350 mm dia bore upto a depth of 100m from ground level in any type of soil/hard rock/soft rock complete at the location approved by GE(as per CGWB directions) and disposal of waste as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.17: Supply, assembling 200 mm nominal bore UPVC ASTM SCH 120 ISI marked casing blank pipe having wall thickness as per ASTM and jointing with proper cement sealing as per IS in random pipe length of 3 or 6m, including necessary fitting i.e upto depth of 30m from below ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.18: Supplying , assembling, lowering and levelling 150mm nominal bore UPVC ASTM SCH ISI marked casing blak pipe having wall thickness as per ASTM and jointing with Cement sealing in random length of 3 or 6m , including necessary fitting i.e from depth of 30 m to 200 m complete all as specified andd directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.19: Supply and packing Pea gravels of size 2 mm to 10 mm and Cement sand grout in annular space upto entire depth of bore hole upto ground level to prevent annulus inter mixing of aquiferws and saline water as per IS 8110:2000 completed all as per directed. (Qty of pea gravel used shall be entered in the MB)

Item No..20: Material and labour for foundation of size 100 cm x 100cm x100 cm at ground level for holding tube well made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified aqnd directed by Engineer-in-Charge (including necessary Earth work, excavation , returning filling, removal and form work etc).

Item No.21: Material and labour for GI pipe medium grade 80 mm ISI marked flanged type for holding the pumps etc. including all fittings like nuts bolts, Gasket Elbow etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.22: Supply, installation, levelling, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping set with outer dia of pump not exceeing 200 mm having capacity 10 HP, 3 phase, 440 volts, minimum 36m head complete all as specified and direced by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No.23: . Material and labour for developmement of borewell by means of compressor and after pumping by pump 25% extra capacity,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.24 : Yield test for the borewell by the continously pumping to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Item No. 32: Supply,installation and testing HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type,totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 250 MVA,overload and earth fault protection,ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 400 Amp and to be fixed with existing VCB bus bar connection along with ll connection complete with bus bar arrangement as per existing VCB Panel ( at Existing Sub station EP's ) complete all as specified below and directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Item No.46: Designing (hydraulically, structurally and aesthetically), and constructing RCC sumps in M-30 mix of required capacity including excavation in all types of strata, foundation concrete, container walls, bottom slab, top RCC roof slab with CI manhole covers and with plaster and water proofing as per zonal specification including epoxy paint inside, refilling of earth and disposal of surplus earth within 50 m lead, including all piping connections, valves, internal electrification, MS ladder, ventilation shaft, BB chambers with 5m of outer wall of tank complete including test for water tightness and hydraulic functioning. (E) Accustic Enclosure:- OEM made Accooustic enclosure (canopy) suitable for 82.5 KVA DG with the following provisions / specifications:- (i) The enclosure fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 14 SWG suitable to accommodate the DG Set properly. (ii) The sheet metal components are hot dip seven tank pretreated. (iii) It is pure polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside). All nuts/ bolts/ hardwares are zinc coated with salt spray test as per ASTMB - 117.(iv) Battery is accommodated ina tray in the enclosure. (v) The door s are fitted with gasket with high quaity EPON gasketed to avoid leakage of sound. (vi) sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality rock wool / mineral wool conforming to IS: 8131 of 50 mm thickness and density of 96 kg /cum. (vii) The wool is further covered with fiber glass coloth and perforated powder coated sheet insulation level conforming to UL 94 HF 1 class flammability.(viii) A specia residential silencer is provided within the enclosure to control exhaust noise. (ix) speciallly deigned alternators andare provided to control sound at air entry to the container and exhaust from the container. (x) Adequate ventilation is provided to meet requiremnt for cobustion and heat removal. If required a blower is used to meet total air requirement and air charges. (xi) Temperature of enclosure does not exceed beyond 50 degree Centigrade of ambient temerature. (xii) The enclosure is provided with "high enclosure temperature"safety device. (xiii) There is a provision of emergency shutdown from out side the enclosure.(xiv) There is an arrangement for proper illuminatioon inside the canopy. (xv) Noise level is 75db (A) at 1 mtr distance. (xvi) approved by CPCB.

Note :- (i) The quoted Rate for DG Set is inclusive of PCC foundation. The foundation for DG set should be made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates below the floor leel minimum 300mm and 300 mm above floor platform and of suitable size as per manufacturers recommendations complete all as directed. (ii)The DG Set shall be suitble derated to suit the climatic condition of Karaikal of TN, so as to give desired output including 10% over load. (iii) The DG Set shall be siutable for automain failure function. (iv) AMF panel should be same manufacturer as that of DG Set manufacturer (v) The DHPP (fuel) required for testing of DG Sets is deemed to be included in aove quoted rate. (vi) Phase I test will be carried out by Engineeer - in- charge for no load and 100% load for 1 hour each and phase II test will be carried out in presence of SEI/EI/IEM/Rep of accepting officer or no load, 25% , 50%, 75%, 100% for 11 hours and 110% fr 1 hour over load.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT 50 KLD CAPACITY Design (Hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Moving Bed Bio-reactor (MBBR) Technology having Capacity 50 KLD at OTM ACCN Bhubaneswar. The scope of the work includes all necessary work as per relevant BIS . Treated sewage can be used for arboriculture. The major items are listed below and nothing extra will be payble for any technically required connected items :- MAKES : Ion exchange India Ltd , Thermax Limited, M/S Optimus Enviropro Pvt Ltd and ALL OEM approved by E-in-C Branch. Note: The quoted rate is deemed to included with the following items to be provided for each plant: SCREEN CHAMBER & FINE BAR SCREENS: The bar screen chamber shall be of RCC construction with design MIX grade M-30. Fine bar screens of MSEP construction to be installed in bar screen chamber at an angle of 60' to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal. OIL & GREASE REMOVAL: One number of chamber in RCC construction with design mix concrete of grade M-30, to be constructed. EQUALISATION TANK : One number of RCC construction with design mix concrete of grade M-30, of min capacity 40m3, to cater for the peak discharge including provision of diffused air to ensure that septic conditions do not occur in tank at all. AIR GRID: One lot of air grid of material SS for providing aeration in the Equalization tank, MBBR Tanks etc. SEWAGE PUMPS: Two nos nonclog Raw sewage pumps (01 Active + 01 Stanby) of minimum capacity 2.5m3/hour at a head of 10 M. capcaity complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings to be installed for transferring sewage from equlization tank to the process tanks. Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for automatic ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge or each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

AIR BLOWER: Two nos, Twin lobe Air Blower with acoustic enclosure complete with air blower capacity 75 m3/H and all necessary accessories & fittings for providing air in Equilization tank and MBBR tanks. One No. Air Rotameter is to be provided in each line to the MBBR tank and Equilization tank etc. for measurement of quantity of air. ANOXIC CHAMBER: One Anoxic Chamber capacity 5m3 of material MS FRP along with Mixer 0.5 HP. ANOXIC PUMPS: Two nos, Anoxic pumps (01 Active + 01 Standby) complete with capcity 8 m3/Hour at 10 Mtr Head and all necessary accessories and fittings to be installed for transferring sewage from Anoxic tank to the MBBR tanks with timer based operation for set time. MBBR TANKS: Two nos. MBBR Tanks of suitable sizes in MS FRP construction with all internals including Media, SS air grid & SS rise pipe, Media retaining sieves etc. LAMELLAR SETTLER TANK: One Set of Lamellar settler tank of material MS FRP . complete with all internals comprising of media supporting structure & collection trough SLUDGE COLLECTION TANK: Sludge collection tank of adequate capacity shall be provided. CHLORINE CONTACT TANK: One No. Chlorine Contact cum filter feed tank of material MS FRP of min capacity 25 m3. CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM: One set of Chlorine dosing system complete comprising of dosing tank of min 100 litre capacity. Two nos, Dosing pumps (01 Active + 01 S/B ) complete with necessary connection for dosing of solution in chlorine contact tank.

FEED PUMPS: Two Nos. filter feed centrifugal monobloc pumps of min 1.0 HP and flow rate 2.5 cum/hr at 30 Mtr Head, complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary treatment unit, Level sensor should be provided in the chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for automatic ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet. MULTI GRADE FILTER: One No. Multi Grade Filter of material MSEP complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter of minimum 600 mm dia and 1875 mm height. ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER: One No. Activated Carbon Filter of material MSEP complete with media, frontal piping, Valve and pressure gauge to measure pressure across the filter min 600mm dia and height 1800 mm. TREATED WATER TANK: One No. Treated Water Tank of material MSFRP construction of min capacity 10 m3 , to collect treated water after tertiary treatment for disposal of water for gardening/arboriculture. CLEAR WATER PUMPS: Two nos, Treated water monoblock pumps (01 Active + 01 Standby) for discharge of min 03 lps, minimum head 10 mtr. complete with motor, foot valve, non return valve, etc and all other necessary valves, accessories and fittings to be installed for pumping treated water for gardening/ arboriculture. PIPES AND VALVES: One lot of Suitable size Piping & Valves of suitable material to interconnect various units as per site layout”

(Repair / replacement/spares of various plant components, including labour for such work covered under performance Guarantee)(ii) The items given above are indicative only. Any items required over and above items, for complete and efficient functioning of the plant is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer.(iii) The treated water should be get tested by the contractor from IIT/Regional Govt Lab or lab approved by E-in-C's branch and test report should confirm that parameters of treated water are within the limit, as mentioned in the PS, should be submitted before seeking completion of the work (iv) The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of any Registration fees / commissioning charges / obtaining no objection certificte from State or Central agency. All costs of State & Central Agencies, Registrations/commissioning / no objection certificate and approvals aredeemed to be includedin the contract rates..(v) Rates of Minor civil work for foundation of machinery etc deemed to be included in the work.(vi) All works shall be carried out by skilled technicians of relevant trade under supervision of rep of OEM.(vii) The routing of cables/pipes/drains etc , shall have proper protection. The workmanship, finish, general appearance & layout of the plant shall be technically correct and aesthetic; all as directed by Engineer in Charge.(vii) Tenderer’s offered rate shall be deemed to include training and operation for 1 month after completion of the plant.
