Supply, installation,testing & Commissioning of Variable Refregerant volume modular type Air conditioning system suitable for heating and cooling by using invertor driven /digital scroll compressors complete with indoor and outdoor units with indidual controller and with fittings etc as per quantity given below including full charging of R410A refregerant gas complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer -in -Charge at site . Air Cooled VRV/VRF Units with Scroll Compressor with invertor technology shall be capable of modulating capacity , works on (R410A) with heating cooling both mode.The units shall be factory charged.The outdoor units shall be a factory assembled unit housed in a strudy weather proof casing constructed from rustproofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish.The out door units shall have multiple scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one compressor.Each ODU should have minimum 1 novariable compressor & an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping Make:-Diakin/O-general/ Mitshubishi heavy duty/Carrier/Blue Star/Hitachi. or equivalent.

Refrigerant Piping Interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with (19mm/13 mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported /fixed with suitable size of clamps /M.S hanger and all exterinal /exposed to sun piping shall run in M.S.painted cable tray with cover at site.

The electrode shall be pre-filled with hygroscopic powder and provided with suitable breathing and leaching ports at the ends. the electrode shall be surrounded by suitable powdered form of BEE MOIST so as to provide maximum contact between the electrode and the compund. The compound should be eco-friendly and providing and laying of 2 Nos. 25 x 3 mm copper strip from copper rod upto the main panel. The earthing pit should be covered with PVC cover.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning CPRI Approvedof GI Electrode Earthing with 50mm dia and 3 meter length, with 3mm thick the electrode should be hot-dip galvinised. The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Materila (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with BEE MOIST compound to provide maximum contact betwen the electrode and compound should be eco-friendly and having ROHS certification GI Electrode Earthing should be maintinance free and does not require regular manual addition of water GI Electrode and providing and laying of 2 Nos. of 25 x 5 mm G.I strip from G.I rod upto the panel. The earthing pit should be covered with PVC cover.

Supply and laying of 1.1kV grade , XLPE insulated, Aluminium conductor, Heavy Duty , Armoured cables of ratings 3.5 x150sqmm as per IS : 7098 Part-1 with latest amendments. The cable shall be laid on wall duly clamped/cable tray and in G.I Pipe under road as required.

Power wiring in PVC conduit of 3C x 2.5MM sq for each IDU from main panel to IDU

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 300kVA Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizer oil cooled, outdoor type, suitable for operation on 3 phase 50Hz, 415V system with input voltage correction range of 160V to 460V, output 415V +/-1%, unbalanced input , unbalanced load, first filling of oil, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short ciruit, protections and complete with by pass system.
