Servicing and minor repairing of DG sets i/c providing battery and changeover switch (1st recall)

Sub Head-I (Servicing of DEA sets) :: Carrying out ' B' Check General Servicing of following capacity of diesel Engine Alternator sets of different makes and models under various exchanges / BTS including replacement of complete old lubricant oil, fuel filter, lubricant oil filter i/c Transportation charges, Tools and plants, testing etc complete as required at site. (Lubricant oil and filters shall be as per the manufacturer's recommendation). (Kirloskar/ M&M/Escorts/ Eicher/Ashok Leyland/ Greaves etc). [a] 12.5/15 KVA

[b] above 15 KVA and up to 20 KVA

[c] above 20 KVA and up to 32.5 KVA

[d] above 32.5 KVA up to 45 KVA

[e] above 45 KVA and upto 62.5 KVA

Sub Head-II ( Repairing Works of DEA Sets) :: Replacement of faulty / defective spare parts / components/ accessories of existing DG sets i/c dismantling / disconnecting the faulty /defective ones, fixing and connection of new ones, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.( Make- Recommended by manufacturer/ BSNL makes only) [a] 1x25 sqmm flexible Multi core cu conductor PVC insulated Battery Leads (Flexible) of length not less than 0.6 Meters with two nos terminals .

[b] Flexible wire braided fuel pipe of 19 mm dia for the connection of fuel line connection ( inlet and outlet ) complete as required at site.

[c] Banjo bolts with washer

[d] Suitable size belt

Providing of maintenance free New Lead acid Batteries of following types / rating complete with first fill of electrolyte & first charging i/c testing and commissioning at site complete as reqd. [a] 88Ah, 12 volt maintenance free Battery (M/s Exide FXPO-XP880 or Equivalent of BSNl approved. Make)
