Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excacation over area not exc. 1.5m deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed and mass concrete piles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished surfaces of concrete omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in roof beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of iron or steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed..

S&F concetrina coil, 750mm dia, electro galvanized punched tape, anti-corrosive, expandable length of each coil 8-10m, each coil securing or tying with and incl provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) Expanded length of coil shall be measured for payment purpose. (b) A Board of officers convened by GE shall ascertain the covering stretch of expanded length of coil in accordance with requirement at site.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applyng two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Facework shall be measured separately and paid for separately.

Extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to stone walls in cement motar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length laid as in weep holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in bond stones /bonders,set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly, complete all as specified and directed.

Add to serial Item No. 34.00 here-in-before, if pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
