Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in un-framed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters,purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Domolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mean radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers ( 10mm +5mm ) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC on second layer all as per manufacturer's instructions finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished without even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of water based acrylic distemper over a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty including primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour preparation of new surfaces of wall, Finishing walls with two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick as directed having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Shade and profile shall be decided by GE)

Material and Labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes and finished upto derived level in apron complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for providing post constructional anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors by making hole of 12mm dia to be drilled at 300mm apart at the junction of external and internal wall with floor and construction /expansion joint , if any, ground floor only and pouring the emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole and plugging the same with white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC Concealed conduit,medium grade minimum 20 mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed on recesses of wall/ceiling/roof and chisselling on wall complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting to existing surfaces etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.2 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick Modular top cover for mounting of modular fittings,switches,sockets outlets,regulators etc and provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :-

One light/Ceiling/exhaust Fan point controlled by one one/way switch complete all as specified and as directed.
