Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of VERTICAL SUBMERSIBLE POLDER TYPE PUMPS of 27 LPS / 1620 LPM capacity at total head of 82 m along with submersible motor and allied accessories of required capacity (not less than 60 HP) commensurate to the capacity of the pump complete in all respects as per detailed specification given in the bid document (3 Working & 1 Standby)

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Single Unit Control Panel with Interlocking system between both incomer ACB’s and consisting of 8 starter panel for 4 Nos. Item 1 + 4 Nos. Item 2 submersible pump sets mentioned above starting with soft-starter comprising of the following:

Providing and fixing of 3 core copper submersible cable for polder pump of suitable size and the capacity of the cable shall be 1 ½ times than the normal capacity to save it from becoming hot and for longer life usage. It shall also have required number of cable clips and shall be as per IS:694 with latest amendments

Providing and fixing of junction box near to sump wall for connection of pumps of suitable size as per site requirement and to satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of Aluminium single core armoured cable of 800 sq. mm from Transformer to Incomer ACB of control panel and should be laid in underground trench not less than 1.5 m depth as per norms of PSPCL

Providing and fixing of Aluminium armoured cable of 120 sq. mm 3.5 core from control panel to junction box and should be laid in underground trench not less than 1.5 m depth as per norms of PSPCL

Providing and fixing of MS ‘C’ Class – 200mm dia. ERW type column pipe with both ends of pipes fitted with screwed steel flanges duly welded after screwing with pipes. The thickness of pipe should be confirming to IS 1978-1982 with latest amendments suitable increaser shall be provided with the pump set.

Providing and fixing of common header of 400mm dia. electrically welded steel pipe confirming to IS:3589 with latest amendments for connection of delivery of pumps from sump and fitted as per site requirements complete as shown in attached drawing consisting of 1 No. 400mm D/F MS Bend 90 deg; 1 No. 400mm Sluice Valve PN 10; 1 No. 400mm Non-Return Valve PN 10; MS fabricated Tee 4Nos. 400 x 400 x 200; 1 No. 1.25” socket for Pressure Gauge; 1 No. A/F Tee of 400 X 400 X 100 size and nuts-bolts, gaskets and flanges.

Providing and fixing of common header of 300mm dia. electrically welded steel pipe confirming to IS:3589 with latest amendments for connection of delivery of pumps from sump and fitted as per site requirements complete as shown in attached drawing consisting of 1 No. 300mm D/F MS Bend 90 deg; 1 No. 300mm Sluice Valve PN 10; 1 No. 300mm Non-Return Valve PN 10; MS fabricated Tee 4Nos. 300x 300x 200; 1 No. 1.25” socket for Pressure Gauge; 1 No. A/F Tee of 300 X 300 X 100 size and nuts-bolts, gaskets and flanges.
