OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR LIFTS AND WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS AT MAP PHASE II BUILDING NEAR NEW LEADING VARNAPURI UNDER GE NW VASCO

Outsourcing services of 2 Nos of Lift in each building at MAP Phase-II (Total 06 Nos of building) near Map Phase -I site new leading area at varunapuri-III,16 hrs on every day in two shift per day as under:- 1st shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - 06 Operating services 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 06 Operating services Total No of Lift operating services = 12 Nos ( including Holiday and Sundays all as specified and as directed.) Notes :- (a) The operator shall be experience holder of two years in particular field with minimum qualification of 12 or ITI. (b) The 16 hours operation time 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 shall be considered as two shift of 8 hrs working in one day. Two shifts considered as one day (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any minor repairs of passenger lifts as required for smooth running of lifts without any extra cost and also the operator has to maintain the breakdown register,attendance register,maintenance register. (d) The contractor will hand over the lift to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period. (e) The operator shall check ARD of lifts for proper functioning daily before commencement of shift duty and the same shall be recorded in the maintenance register. (f) The operator shall check all equipment for their proper functioning and shall be reported to concerned JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge (g) Two operators in two shifts of 8 hrs shall be employed in each building (h) During the off period ie 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs ,lifts shall be operated by the user in case of emergency.

Rendering services round the clock (3 shifts ) including Sundays and Holidays and operation of water supply installations,DG set and LT panels including connected items such as valves/ pipelines connected to pumping mains and electrical items such as main switch, starter, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board, AMF panel all as specified and as directed at Map phase -II building near Map phase-I site consisting of electrical driven pump sets-04 Nos ,Diesel engine pumpset-01 No,DG set 320 KVA -01 No and all panel board including AMF panel and removing grass and bushes, cutting branches of trees growing in the entire area of water supply installation and keep the installation neat and clean throughout the period of Contract all as specified and as directed. Note:- One pump set shall run at a time for domestic use and fire fighting pumps as and when required.

Notes :- (a) 24 hour period will be considered as a day, pump set shall be operated in three shifts of 08 hours each i,e, 1st shift 0600 to 1400 hours, 2nd shift 1400 to 2200 hours, and 3rd shift 2200 to 0600 hours of the next day as directed. Contractor shall employ one operator per shift. (b) Daily maintenance all as per manufacturer's instruction including greasing, lubrications, replaceemnt of gland ropes etc, including area cleaning shall be included in the rate quoted. The unit rate quoted against item shall deemed to inclusive of the cost of items required for daily maintenance of minor nature and any repair to the foot valve system by replacing the leather flap, rubber insertion, nut & bolts etc. Operator shall maintain maintaince register for each installation showing all day to day maintaince / activities carried out daily

(c) Log sheet showing daily running hours and maintenance carried out ie consumption of grease, chlorine chemical granules, lubricants, DHPP etc shall be maintained by the contractor in their installations and same will be checked by the Engineer-in-Charge periodically and daily by JE. All log sheets / maintaince register duly signed by operator and contractor shall be produced for verification. (d) Consumption of bleaching powder/chlorine chemical granules shall be regulated by the Dept. However, supply of the items is out of the scope of work and DHPP (Diesel) shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for operating DG sets. (e) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of topping up of battery electrolyte, cleaning/replacement of battery terminals, charging of batteries and replacement of fan belt, fuel cap if required etc all as directed. (f) Pumps and DG sets shall be operated by the same operators as required and directed. (g) Attendance register and duty roaster shall be maintained in each installation. (h) Water testing kit and testing solution shall be provided and maintained at all time in each installation. (i) Water supply installations & DG set shall be operated by the same opertaor as required/directed. (j) The DG set will be operated as and when power supply failure or as directed.
