COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/MAINT OF LT CABLES AND PANEL, UG CABLES, SECURITY LIGHT, POLES AND CONNECTED LT WORKS AT PH- III OTM AREA (U AND L DAHUNG, DUM DUM NALLA, MH ,MES OFFICES AND MESSES) OF AGE E/M UNDER GE TENGA.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out hard & densile soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning fitting in any type of soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying of fine, clean sand (river sand) free from sharp materials and stone particals in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under cable and 15 cm thick over the cable including gently punning complete all as specified and directed by E-in-C. Note:- The total thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm after punning.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable protection cover of class LV, type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm, factory made of specified make, complete all as specified and directed by E-in-C.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested ,CPRI type tested LT feeder pillar, outdoor type floor mounted , suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber duly insulated The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and LT panel shall bemounted on angular frame work of 50x50x5mm thick angle iron base frame, minimum 60 cm hight and fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement and consisting of the following complete all as specified and directed by E-in-C. including taking out old feeder pillar and taking out LT cable from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation etc and consisting of the following :-(a) Aluminium bus bar four Nos 500 Amps each ,fixed on epoxy insulated with panel fixed horizontally, duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 04 Nos Incoming:- (b) MCCB, 04 Pole, 250 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 50 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 01 No (Ics=Icu=100%), Outgoing:- (c) MCCB, 04 Pole, 100 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 25 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 04 No (Ics=Icu=100%) (d) Spare way for MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole - 01 Nos, (e) Digital type volt meter 0-300 volt with selector switch with HRC fuses/ MCBs - 1Set, (f) Digital type ammeter meter 400 Amp with selector switch with HRC fuses/ MCBs - 1Set. S&F & testing commissioning of outdoor type bus bar panel pedestal type weather proof CPRI approved MS cubical panel board outdoor type of size 110 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm, 4 Nos of bus bar of 300 Amp capacity & MCCB 160 Amp capacity 4 pole (Ics = Icu = 100%) including one coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint powder coated, mounted on channels and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels aluminium busbar chanel insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleaves and mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator all as specified & directed. The panel shall be fixed over Angle iron frame (50 x 50 mm) of minimum height 75 cm Note :- Panel drawings & make of MCCB will be submitted by contractor for approval from Accepting Officer before ordering the panel

M&L for Repair / maintanance of out door / In door LT feeder pillor Panel of any type & size by switch off the main incoming electric supply, cleaning of inside panel by using Air blower to remove the all dust particle from the inner side of the panel, checking all connection of electric circurt of MCCB/Change overs controlled system, tightining the all luggs and nut bolts, sealing the cable gland to block the gap at the bottam of the panel by useing the air gap filling foam, checking the servicibility of the, Change over switch, MCCB, Including denting / welding of panel door, replacement of complete locking arragment as existing patern. Painting outer surface of panel with two coat synthetic enamel after removing rust etc. all as directed by Engr In charge. Note : - Unserviciable electrical camponenet if found deffective will be repalce & measured and paid seperately as supply & fix in repair.

Supply and fix in repair LED multi function meter, model - C , with Accuracy class 1.0, flush mounting of size 96 x96 mm , including display parameter function - Volt,Amps,F,PF,KW,kVAr,Kwh,kVAh,Kvrh,Run hrs, On Hrs,Maximum demand (KW & Kva) , MD reset , with RS 485 port & connecting complete all as specified and directed by E-in-C.
