Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0mm thick (avg.) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement prime

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (One or more coat) on old wood / Steel Work/Plastered Surface (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with cement mortar 1:4, including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska :With non modular brick tiles

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets/ putty /nails wherever necessary :Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. Complete 250 x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :30 mm thick including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Uprooting of rank vegetation/Plants grown on walls/roofs by way of dismantling brick masonary/concrete, taking out of the roots and making good the same with Brick masonry/Cement concrete as required excluding cost of brick work/cement concrete.
