Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor / wall tiles 1’-0”x1’-6” or above for floor and 1’ x1’ or above for walls (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of Ist quality conforming to IS:13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, grey, fume Red,brown laid on 20mm thick be bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete incl. all carriage and costs of material involved.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters of 1st class kail wood, using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1:4mm with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or / and black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing C.P. fittings and sanitary ware of approved brand (Jaguar , Parko, Cera or equivalent, SS Sink, China ware, exhaust Fan & Gyser etc. (as directed by EIC).

Engagement of labour skilled/ unskilled for various dismantling works like tacking of floors, brick work, damaged tiles, etc including stacking of serviceable material as directed by EIC and disposal of unserviceable material up to 50 mtr lead.

Half brick work with common burnt clay F. P. S. (non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) including all costs and carriages of materials involved.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre molded and pre-polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shades , colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) with joints filled with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing molding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shape (area of slab over 0.5 Sqm) 16mm thick.(As per the directions of engineer in charge).

Extra for making moulding to the Granite work including polishing to the moulding to give high gloss finishing including cost of araldite et all complete.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall and wherever required with cement mortar mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and fixing of curtain rods of S S complete with all fittings and accessories complete Job.

Repair of wooden doors / windows etc complete Job (As directed by EIC)
