To qualify for the award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (1) Earth Work Excavation -1393 cum (2) Concrete-501.10 cum (3) Steel- 25.00 tonne
3.2 B) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as construction of bridge work of value not less than Rs.58.29 Lakhs.

3.3 a. Each Tenderer should further demonstrate, As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipment/machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/AE 263/EXP-12/2022, Bangalore Dtd: 11.05.2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs. 3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machinery for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification Excavator like Hot mix plant ( minimum capacity of 40/60 TPH), vibratory Road Roller, Mechanical Paver finisher, Tippers, Excavator like JCB/Hitachi etc, Water Tanker, PRR Roller, Vehicle Mounted (tank) Mechanical sprayer, Weigh Batch Self Loading Concrete Mixer , M S Shuttering Materials , Pin/Plate Concrete Vibrators
To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years an Average financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.233.15 Lakhs.
Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 38.86 Lakhs Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. LOC or Letter of Credit should be in prescribed format as per KW-4 Bid Document. if not attached then the tender will not be accepted
Annual Financial Turnover Certificate for the last five years i.e from 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25,UDIN is preferred in Turnover certificate
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified,if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity-( AxNx1.5-B )whereA-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited -0.75 Year.B-Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.75 year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)
