M&L for taking down carefully existing aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings fixture such as switches Ceiling roses, pendents,regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately)unscrewing from Board/outlet boxes, fittings & fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose lamp holder tube/ceiling fitting, bulk head fittings, tube lights & regulator etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down carefully existing old unserviceable DBs and making good disturbed surfaces of walls to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for taking down old unserviceable submain wiring alongwith batten/PVC/steel conduits etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ floors to match the existing surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring (modular type) with two run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm (FRLSH), PVC conduit medium grade/ PVC casing caping and pressed steel terminal boxes for One light point controlled by one one way switch and drawing one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (In ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out.) Note: The quoted rate inclusive for the following :- (a) GI metal flush box and Modular cover plate with frame of any module complete. (b) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (c) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping as per site requirement.(d) Cost for cutting chases/making good disturbed surfaces of wall for fixing concealed conduit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note : (i) Six run of cable with one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing and caping will be measured as one length. (ii) Wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping as per site requirement. (iii) Cost for cutting chases/making good disturbed surfaces of wall for fixing concealed conduit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
