Earth work in excavation in foundation by manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in depth and up to 1.50m depth 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) , including disposal of excavated earth upto I metre for cutting of edges ,disposal earth to be leveled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in M-5(1:4:8) grade, with 40mm nominal size of (crushed stone aggregates).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in M-10(1:3:6) grade, with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggregates.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in 1:6 (cement: sand) mortar.

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level (by manual mean).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting,bending,placing in position & binding all complete with TMT bars.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.1 Hot finished welded type tubes

Engagement of painter for word writing complete job
