M & L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with 3 mm minimum thickness APP modified membrane (weighing 3.5 Kgs/persqm) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat(centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral finish on upper side of membrane laid by tourch application method with overlap 100 on length and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacture's instructions over a coat of approved cold applied butuminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 250gm/sqm including removing old roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC as per manufacturere instructions by weight of cement on roof surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified. NOTE : Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separetely.

M & L for Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles at roof slab, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and directed.
