Schedule 'A'

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Dismantling of false ceiling to be carried out carefully without damaging existing fitting and fixtures of flase ceiling items

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) PCC in any description and in any portion not otherwise specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantling 40 sq .cm and over in section,in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F steel work in tubular or square trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well seasoned 2nd class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn timber framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick plywood (no of ply 03), grade BWR, type BB fixed with nails or screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 600 x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 22 x22 x0.35mm and main/cross tee of size 24 x38 x0.35mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick Plain E-Board including fixing arrangement from steel truss of any type and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain solid straight chowkhats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width st
