Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes etc and getting out including cutting of grass and bushes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc 1.5km but n.exc 2.0Km away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1 made of M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, Jointing and testing in trenches new ductile iron pipe conforming to IS-8329-2000, class K-9 (ISI marked) of size 100 mm dia bore in any length laid in excavated trenches including all CI/DI fitting and run lead joint /tyton push or rubber gasket joint with spigot and socketed ends cope of any size and any description complete including taking down old pipe of any description and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, Jointing and testing in trenches new ductile iron pipe conforming to IS-8329-2000, class K-9 (ISI marked) of size 150 mm dia bore in any length laid in excavated trenches including all CI/DI fitting and run lead joint /tyton push or rubber gasket joint with spigot and socketed ends cope of any size and any description complete including taking down old pipe of any description and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of GI Pipe medium grade inclusive of all fittings such as bends, Tee, union, elbow, reducer and Socket etc. ISI marked of following sizes including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Insulation of GI pipe with PUF slab 30mm thick with and including applying one coat of hot bituminous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet for 80mm to 100mm bore pipe, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for repair/arresting of leakages from RCC water OH tank of cap 25000 ltrs at height 25 mtrs by means of draining of water cleaning of tank inside and outside taking out any scrubs, repairing of tank from inside and outside by using water proofing compound to make the tank leak proof, preparing of inside and outside surface of OH tank and plastering 15 mm thick using cement mortar 1:4 and mixing with water proofing compound, inside and outside of tank including tank pillars -04 Nos and painting of OH tank complete with two coats of cement base paint of sky blue colour and painting MS ladder with black synthetic enamel paint 2 coat complete including repair of MS ladder by means of doing patch welding works to steps and side railing complete all as directed. Note : (a) Cost of scaffolding/T&P required for repair work is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) Any mild steel section required for repair of ladder apart from welding shall be measured and paid separately under item ser No 41 here-in-after. (c) Bidders are directed to visit the site before quoting the tender for assessing scope of work on ground.

Material, labour and T&P for Cleaning of static water tank ( Test Bed tank) of cap 50000 gallons by Pumping out water from SWT and removing of sludge mechanically or manually and disposing it off at a distance of not less than 100 mtr from SWT . Cleaning of side walls and bottom surface by scrubbing the deposit and removing the same. Cleaning of the walls with high pressure water jet and pumping out the dirty water . Sterilization of tank by eco-friendly degradable and highly effecting ( anti bacteria and anti fungus chemical), replacement of damaged tiles for walls and floor of same colour and quantity approx 10 sqm in each SWT using cement mortar 1:2 and filling of tank with fresh and clean water complete all as directed.

M&L for disconnecting of monoblock pump set of cap 12 HP to 15 HP from suction and delivery line and from PCC foundation and shifting from PH building to covered SWT NO 1 and 2 at ETH . Installation the pump set on PCC/MS foundation and connecting the same with suction and delivery line of suitable size and connecting electrically with submersible cable and testing for smooth and trouble free running complete all as directed. Note for item S No 8, 13,14, 15,16 &17 :- Contractor will arrange man power and material in such a way that activities such as replacement of chilled water pipe line item ser No 8.01 to 8.04, PCC under chilled water pipe line under item ser NO 13 , Insulating of Chilled water pipes under item No 14, Repair to RCC OH tank under Item ser No -15, cleaning of SWT shall be carried out item No 16 and Shifting of pump set from pump house to SWT under item No 17 and simultaneously and will be completed within 20 days so that Air Force work is not hampered. Any delay beyond 20 days from handing over the particular site a penalty of Rs 10000/- per day shall be recovered from the due RAR

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type B-2 (40 mm graded stone agg ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning under ground LT cable size 120Sqmm, 3.5core, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty XLPE insulated armoured with aluminium stranded conductor complete laid in trenches/fixed to pole/drawn through pipe with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs etc including taking down existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation , electrically connection and commissioning of LT cubical panel board indoor type factory fabricated totally enclosed with dust and vermin proof free standing fully compartmentalized and of suitable size design suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 50 HZ 4 wire AC system degree of protection shall be IP-54 and made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet . The panel shall have TPN copper bus bar made of high conductivity pure copper of rating 400 Amps and provision of interconnection with copper strip/leads of different size from main bus bar to switchgear . The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators of size not less than 50x50 mm conical/square type at a maximum interval of 300 mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar and provided with CTs of appropriate rating for metering equipments. The cubical shall have copper TPN extension links of current carrying capacity 60 Amp , respectively . The extension links shall not be less than 300mm long supported on DMC/epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. The panel shall be powder coated seimen grey structural and mounted on a zinc metal coated stand of size ISMC 100 x 50. Panel shall be front and back openable, double door system lockable/openable by key from both sides and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the panel completely vermin proof. The bottom of the panel shall contain a detachable plate having provision of entry of amroured cable of adequate size with MS glands, The panel shall have the following switchgears /starters and other accessories including dismantling old panel:-

M&L for PVC insulated copper conductor flat submersible cable 1100 volts grade of 10 Sqmm 3 core size duly connected and lowered with submersible pump set including taking down old cable complete all as directed.

M&L for taking out GI tubes of size 100 mm, any grade from trenches/outside trenches and cleaning and re-laying including cutting to required length, threading and connecting with new GI fittings heavy duty (socket, nipple, union, bend elbow and reducer etc ) as required at site any type. Note : Cost of GI fittings and cutting/threading of pipe is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron/DI fitting for soketed/ flanged pipes up to 200 mm bore such as bends, tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee branch single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross collars caps and plugs up to 200mm bore as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
