S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, size 105 mm X 60 mm, Profile B, single rebate including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 165 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with two rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive gauze with sash bars, edges of framing plain fitted with cut and mitred beads (all around of Ist class soft wood) for securing wire mesh or glass, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I Sec-8 clause 8.24(b) fitted to chowkats, complete as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Supply & fixing tinted / coulered floated glass ordinary quality & glazing with wooden/ aluminium bead/oil putty in Square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in Each panel 5 mm thick, complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet as reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurethane painted on the front face & 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 15mm bor 3-hole wash hand basin mixer with pop up waste system to mix hot and cold water fixed to iron pipe or PVC connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Material & labour mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc., including angle frame and hinges where required with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confiRming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in Mild steel 0.63 mm thick plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size holes punched including round haded screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joint with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitered angles etc as requires, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for framed work Fe 410-W (Grade - E-250) as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only 4mm dia galvnised medium coated steel wire cut to lenth as required for fixing chain link fencing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs sheet glass ordinary quality & glazing with wooden bead/oil putty in Square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in Each panel 3 mm thick, complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply & fixing tinted / coulered floated glass ordinary quality & glazing with wooden/ aluminium bead/oil putty in Square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in Each panel 4 mm thick, complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 300mm long aluminium anodized sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets cast of extruded sections and fixing bolt and sliding bolts of extruded sections of cast aluminium alloy, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of brick / stone masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Material & labour for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15mm rendering thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), including preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) including preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for for 15 to 18 mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in cooking plateform complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with C M 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Rounding to edges of the stone slabe on edge such as cooking plateform and other similar work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for15 to 18 mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing complete in skirting over and including backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shed polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with C M 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for vetrified tiles 10mm thick (square or rectangular ) light shed, polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for glazed coloured ceramic, designer/ concept patern tiles 300mmx600mm/ 300mm x 450mm x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in vertical surfaces and jointed in white cement with pigment to match colour over 10mm thick rendring in CM (1:4) including taking down old dado/skirting/wall finishes of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Bees-wax polishing on kota stone/ granite or any other surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour machine cut cudappah stone slabe 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in cooking plateform etc. and other similar situation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floor,sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm dia brass CP tubular towel rail D type 60 cm long fixed with bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair kitchen sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste pipe, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915 mm x 460 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing glass dividing strips, 38 x 3 mm thick and inserted in position, confirm to design, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wooden based painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No. 66.00 above but one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for a coat of Birla putty 1 mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction on wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatement & preparation of old decorated surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including , corners, pillars etc by washing, scraping, rubbing & brooming down one coat of oil bound distemper including filling of minor holes/cracks with putty & removing nails etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No. 70.00 here-in- before but two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
