De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by employing online filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength of minimum 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided carbon oxidation sludge etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the portable filtration plant with suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Testing and issuing test reports for di-electric strength (before and after filtration) and acidity of transformer oil

Material and Labour for topping up transformer oil in transformer. Note : Sealed container only will be brought at site with minimum BDV 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair porcelain bushing LT side as per existing size/Model of 1.0 MVA transformer including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair porcelain bushing HT side as per existing size/Model of 1.0 MVA transformer complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair brass studs for HT as per existing size/Model of 1.0 MVA transformer complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair brass studs for LT as per existing size/Model of 1.0 MVA transformer complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair M seal monoplast kit for 1.0 MVA transformer complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair dial type temperature gauge 0 to 100 C range suitable to any make/type and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair silica gel of 11000/433 V transformer of capacity 1.0 MVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer capacity upto 1.0 MVA outdoor type plinth mounted at site with two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking of transformer capacity SM/MES No etc. with stencil letter and white paint and Font and Size of letter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
