PILE FOUNDATION Boring Cast in situ piles of 700mm dia to any depth in any type of strata by crawler mounted hydraulic telescopic rig and other equipments, driving and fixing permanant casing upto required depth in top strata containing boulders/concrete blocks and removal of bored materials outside MD land complete all as specifioed and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of 6mm thick circular steel liner including bending, welding, loading, transportattion and unloading at site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) labour for driving lining to required depth shall be included in the item of boring of pile. (ii) The lining shall be fabricated as per site requirement and all as directed by GE.

Boring under reamed pile of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by crawler mounted hydraulic telescopic rig and other equipments upto required depth in top strata containing boulders/concrete blocks and removal of bored materials outside MD land complete all as specifioed and directed. Note:- (i) The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment separately. (ii) This item will be executed as per location marked in drg. (Note: This item is for High Security wall catered under Sch'A' Part IX)

Reinforced cement concrete of grade RMC M-30 design mix as per IS – 456 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ bored pile of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg as in bored pile including destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS-14893,2001 part-IV. (Note: The unit rate quoted under this item is deemed to be inclusive of charges for non destructive integrity test)

RCC grade RMC M30 design mix as per IS–456 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pile caps , grade beams etc complete all as specified and shown on drg. Notes for Sl item Nos 42 & 43 :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 45 here-in-before but for pile caps complete all as specified and directed.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over upto and including 16mm dia conforming to IS-1786 as in stirrups for pile caps and grade beams cut to length bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or welding.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5 mm dia end over up to and including 10mm dia conforming to IS-1786 as in Helical/stirrups for piles cut to length, bent to shape required, and binding with 0.9mm dia MS annealed wire or welding .

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps and foundation complete all as specfified and as shown in drg

Formwork to sides of concrte foundation, pile caps , grade beams etc rough finished surface of concrete flat. All as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil for pile cap/plinth beam/tie beam

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m and not exc 3m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil for pile cap beam/tie beam

Returning/filling in layers and ramming in layers around pile cap,plinth beam etc using excavated soil incl sprading,levelling,well ramming in layers not less than 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5Km and n.exc 5Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point

Testing of piles (Routine Load test) all as per IS for 500mm dia Cast in situ piles including mobilising and removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed. (Note: This item is for High Security wall under Sch'A' Part IX)

COMPUOND WALL & FENCING/ GATE: Excavating over area in water, liquid or mud and interrupted by tides n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil
