M & L for servicing of Solar PV modules of SPV system consisting of cleaning of solar PV modules with clear water and mild detergent by using soft brush or microfilter cloth by gently brushing off all accumulated dirt, dust or any foreign material and after brushing wash/rinse with clear water, check for any crack, loose wiring or debris and rectifiy.Note :- Cleaning shall be carried out during low solar radiation time preferably evening and morning as directed by Engineer in charge. Sutable tools and materials for cleaning shall be brought by contractor. Cleaning shall be carried out with very low water pressure to avoid any damage for the panels. If any dammage caused during cleaning shall be rectifed by contractor with out any additional cost.For 60 No solar PV module at roof top of Candidate billet ( Cleaning shall be carried out once in three month)

All as per item No 1 above but for 60 No Solar modules at Roof top of Candidate Mess

All as per item No 1 above but for 18 No Solar modules at Roof top of Testing Hall

Servicing of battery bank of off grid solar system at Candidate Mess consisting of 40 No 120 AH batteries including cleaning and tightening of battery terminals ,applying Jelly, topping up of distilled water and checking for proper functioning (Cost of Distilled water shall be paid seperately under relevant item here after). Note: - Maintanance shall be carried out once in three month

All as per item No 5 above but For battery bank of 40 No of 120 AH batteries at Candidate Billet. Note: - Maintanance shall be carried out once in three month

Supply and pore battery electrolyte (Distilled water with acid) once in every quarter for each battery

Disconnecting / Opening of existing earth conductor of GI wire / GI Strip / Copper Strip etc.from the main switch board / Equipment / test point of OTM / Married accn for testing of earth value / resistance through Digital Earth Testing Meter / Equipments as required at site and as per site condition and Record the earth resitance value of each earth pit / location wise and connecting the same after testing. Note-Earth tester shall be provided by the contractor.

S & F in replacement die cast aluminium IP66 LED Flood Light luminaire, 120 Watt capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement die cast aluminium IP66 LED Flood Light luminaire, 100 Watt capacity all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement Bollards fittings 8 watt, IP 65, diffuser at the upper portion acts as a beacon of path guidance and necessary.

S&F in replacement LED Post top lantern 15 watt, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed.

S&F earth marker made out of MS Plate of size 3 mm thick , of Surface area upto 300 Sqcm of Rectangular/Round/Triangle shape duly revited with angle iron of size 25 x4 mm ,60 cm long to indicating earth result ,date ,due date including PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 20 mm aggregate for grouting the marker all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

M&L Painting work for Conventional earth pits (i.e. Lightening arrestor,Signal earth,Equipment earth,Power supply earth ) by two coats yellow paints all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M&L for drawing through pipe/pole Three core 1.5 Sqmm flexible cable ,1100 V PVC insulated & Sheathed with bare annealed copper conductor as per IS 694-2010 all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

S&F in Repair Earth conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required and the size is 32 x 6 mm Gaivanised Iron strip.

All as per Item No. 18 above but 25x4 mm GI strip.

All as per Item No.18 above but 20 x 3.15 mm Copper strip.

M/L for replacing earth continuity conductor 4mmdia GI wire

Supply and fix in repair GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade fixed to wall/floor and laid in trench complete for cable protection including fixing arrangements.

S & F in repair Hard PVC junction box of size 255x200x100 mm weather proof with three phase and neutral link connector and necessary cable gland- 2 Nos for LT UG cable 10/16 sqmm 2/4 core and locking arrangement and fixing with existing PCC / steel tubular electric pole above the copping with suitable MS clamps, nuts & bolts and necessary electric connection etc.complete all as specified and directed
